Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for C2.2 (Exploiting).
Why should we unban you: I understand that I was banned for using the 3rd person camera, I would first like to apologise to the staff and towards the community for my actions, to my knowledge I never used this in regards to provide and unfair advantage to others, it was more in the aspect of messing around with my friends, which now I realise is a stupid thing to do due to it still being classed under something that is exploiting.

I know that C2.2 was written to ensure that people don’t exploit certain mechanics to give themselves and unfair advantage, and to make each encounter fair for all players, I thought that if I was just using the 3rd person camera to mess about it wouldn’t be a necessary issue, but I do see now that regardless of if someone is messing around it isn’t okay to use these mechanics regardless of the situations.

After my last unban, I had taken the necessary time to make sure I am following server rules, and this is where I made the mistake, regardless of if I was using it to mess around it still wasn’t okay for me to do which I now see. It has removed me from the community, which is something I deeply regret as I wanted to continue to deliver the good roleplay experience which I know I can provide.

Thank you for your response and taking time to deal with my appeal.

To address the previous report, I feel like I may have not fully explained why I didn’t feel it was NVL at the time, whilst being in the car with I had heard that one of the gang members had no ammo at the time, I had the knowledge prior that Gavin is going to flip on Vagos leading me to believe that he will assist at the dodgy, therefore I had the notion that whatever will happen at the dodgy will be that it will be a 1v1 situation, or that depending on the situation Gavin would then assist me, after I had downed the member I went down, during this time Gavin was trying to play the part of still being a Vagos member to maintain his insider role, Cutlass was alerted and disposed of the remaining Vagos all part of a bigger roleplay encounter. I feel like this wasn’t taken at all into consideration as we were trying to develop a bigger picture, I understand that without Vagos knowing Gavin was going to betray them, it might’ve seemed like NVL, however under the circumstance the knowledge I had I felt like this was a situation that I could still maintain.

Whilst yes Gavin still shot me, there was a larger roleplay story at hand, this is why I believed this wouldn’t have fallen under NVL.

What has happened to the standard of your RP? Hopefully this is something that you can think about while you have some time away from the server.
