Reason given for your ban: G2.4 and G3.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for two reasons not valuing my life when i had guns aimed at me and second using discord to pass information over to friends out of city.

i feel i should be unbanned as i have taken a long time to think about what happened and how i should of dealt with the situation better at the time i have been playing RP in another server for some time since my ban and have gained a lot of experience from this including being the chief of police for a while and seeing RP from another servers stand point i full understand in no circumstance where my action justified in anyway.

first my thoughts on G2.4 looking back on my action and not valuing my life was a big fail of RP and ruined any chance of a interaction for both my self and the party involved and i can now sit and say i take full responsibility for this and would like to give my apologies to everyone involved i understand now that this interaction could of created and story and gone in multiple directions to create something for every one and that is what RP is all about not who is the harder and better shooter or the toughest gang.

second my thoughts on G3.1 using out of character information although i not use information i gave information out over discord weather it was my intent for it to be used does not matter it was information given out and it is my responsibility to make sure this information is not used or given out to be used in a situation to gain a advantage i fully understand now the things i did wrong and the consequents i paid for my actions and RP i stopped from happening.

so to reflect on this i fully understand what i did wrong and what it caused and the time it has taken out of admins that could be spent with better things so i would like to apologise to everyone involved once more and also extend my apologies to the admin team for the time they have taken to deal with this situation.

i feel if i was to be unbanned and let back into the city i could bring some good RP from my new experience and time realising what RP is all about and now having a better understanding of what RP is to create and follow a story line not to prove who is bigger and bad

after being in the police force in another server i feel it is something i may look towards for this city has it has opened me up to see the difference from one to the other i hope to hear from you guys soon and hope that the community can forgive me and welcome me back.

if i was to be faced with this situation in the future i can fully say i would roleplay the situation out and place a ticket with any concerns i have rather than letting my emotions run wild and control my behaviour.

i know i should of done this in the first place and i feel i have matured alot more since i played on roleplay.co.uk.

also i have taken some initiative and now i fully mute or even disconnect from discord once i enter a fivem RP server  to take away any chance or temptation of meta gaming information to gain unfair advantages.

Thank you for your reply Sammy as you said yes this is not my first ban and i know my background does not look good.

my first ban i understand was a big issue and i was lucky to even be considered to get unbanned but i feel i did improve from that.

my second ban was a honest mistake and a lack of correct decision making.

and now this ban also does not look good either i know that i made yet another mistake and i can only ask for another chance, like i said in my original post i have been on another server for this past year and a bit and gained a lot more knowledge of what roleplay stands for and the intention of what its there to create   roleplay is not about who is the bigger and who is  Bader its is about creating a story and enjoying it along the way, it does not matter where it takes you it is a story and anything can happen at any time, it was foolish be for my ban thinking i had to create a big and bad tough story but i now understand this is not the case it is simply about having fun not knowing where your story is going or what heights you might get to its about growth i can only hope that the staff team can see that i have a lot better understanding and that i have matured since my ban and that i can now provide a true RP story from my characters and hopefully find a good place to be in RPUK to provide another story for the city to enjoy i hope this clears some doubts that may be had and that i can be given a chance to show that i can stick to the rules that have been placed there to make these stories real and even possible.

i know G2.4 value of life is there to stop this becoming another GTA 5 online experience and rather to be more realistic as if you where faced in a dangerous situation would you really try to run from some one with a gun very doubtful and unlikely are you likely to try and stab 4 guys with guns to your head once again very unlikely and doubtful

also G3.1 i know is also in place to stop information that is not gathered with in the city to not be passed over as your character has not gained this information i understand this a lot better since in the other city i have been playing i gained a lot of knowledge about crime and then proceeded to become apert of pd  now knowing the crimes and locations and having to keep that information hidden from my pd character i realise how unfair it could be to use this information and just give you such a unfair advantage.

once again i can only apologise to the whole RPUK community and thank you guys the staff team for the time you take to review any unban appeals hope to hear from you again Silent

I am willing to give you another chance. However, if you mess up again you'll be given a perm and we won't entertain another unban appeal for another 6 months. Do you agree to these terms?

yes i can fully understand the reasons behind your decision and i can fully agree with these demands.

but since this has gone smoothly i do have a few other problems one of them being i can not log in to my original forum account and my discord was banned from roleplay.co.uk due to a spam bot gaining access to my discord being hacked i have since regained the account and this has been resolved for the past 3 months how do i go about resolving these issues thanks again for your response and decision.
