In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My friends and I robbed a shop, armed police turned up. One came in the shop I said 'Hello' when we came up to me and the other person in said shop as I couldn't hear him until he was close up. Two other people than ran in one with a bat and the armed police officer shot him and started shooting, I than ran out and stabbed the officer who shot and incapacitated my friend.

Why should we unban you ?: I have spent the past 17 days reflecting on my actions. I now realise that my RP should have been better than just a 'Hello' to the officer. Everything happened very quickly and I panicked as this was one of my first times robbing a shop. I do sincerely apologise for my actions, and have defiantly learnt from them, and will if given the opportunity to give more RP in a scenario like that.

Granted I made my character a while ago but I hadn't been active on it for over a year until last December. I have also never been in a situation that needed such intense RP. As stated previously this was one of my first times robbing a shop and I panicked as I didn't know how I was supposed to react in that situation.  In these 17 days I have reflected a lot on my actions and now know how I would of appropriately roleplayed that situation if i occurred again, or any other scenario which needed intense roleplay.

I have gone back and read all the rules again to gain a clearer understanding of them and refresh my memory  when we was robbing the shop I panicked as stated above as this was my first time robbing a shop and i wasn't sure what too expect and everything escalated so quickly  I at the time thought I had reason to attack due to my friend in the clip being shot and killed and as i was walking towards him he started shooting at me so at the time what i thought was self defence stabbed the copper so that i could get away upon looking and re-reading the rules again I am now aware that more rp should have been in place and significantly better and i do apologise for my actions all I can do is learn from this experience reflect on it and not do it again.

if you where to re-do this scenario with what you know now, how would it go? Use your imagination, show me that you’re capable of high quality roleplay and after that explain what steps you’re taking as to not break rules in the future (if you where to be unbanned). And don’t say you wont because you’ve re-read the rules, like George said you’ve been banned before yet you’re here again. Give us something concrete that you can uphold.

If I was to re-do this scenario, there would be many different ways I would now act. One thing I would do differently I would of conversed more with the officers, for example I would of tried to compromise with them, or even to have brought a hostage in, to be able to open up more of an RP situation. Another thing I would do differently if for example no hostage was present, and it was armed police officers I would of come out with my hands up as then I would be valuing my life, I would then follow the police officers orders while still maintaining good RP of the situation.  

This way I wouldn't be breaking RDM rules while also uptaining the Value of life rule.
