Unban Appeal for Scrabbles

Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Possibly reselling to locals on dutch. 

Why should we unban you ?: I don't understand why I have been banned as I am responsible enough to not exploit. As i take enjoyment from the RP perspective of the server and no ingame item can top that or make me digress from that statement. After further information i believe i may have been banned due to selling on Dutch London and reselling to the same locals if this is true i have always been advised that it is not exploiting and instead just a good way of selling and that there is RP behind them such as the locals 'forgetting you' or 'being so high they buy again'. If i had knew this was against the server rules or if it had been explained to me by and admin for example via a TP i would have instantly stopped. Instead a flow of new cars could be introduced via people moving trucks then parking them again. I am Incredibly sorry for my lapse in judgement and genuinely whole heartedly would never do this again if given the chance to play the server again.

I don't know I was explaining to I believe a new player how to setup Dutch London then I was banned

Explain; 'setup'?

I now understand why i have been banned, and i believed to set up Dutch it included blocking the road off with trucks and bringing cars down after you had sold to the locals. you could go and bank your money and once done so you were able to sell to the same locals. However i always thought RP was involved with the resale, and i never did this with the intent of exploiting.

Who told you to do it and advised you it wasn’t exploiting?

Nobody ever told me specifically to do it, However when i first joined vagos. i saw Vagos and grove frequent selling on dutch london so i began to partake in also doing so, I recall once asking somebody selling on dutch if being able to sell back to locals 'against government policy' and i remember them saying that him and others do it frequently and it is not considered exploiting.

Why do you deserve yet another chance?

I believe i deserve another chance due to the fact that this ban though a mistake, is a lapse in judgement i will not be making again. I conformed to what others was doing and deemed it acceptable to partake in. Every ban so far i have learned and grown from in order not to make the same mistake twice and this instance will be no different, If for whatever reason i think something may not be right i will open a ticket with staff and take the appropriate measures in order to make sure that it is acceptable within the server.  I hope you take this into consideration as I very much enjoy playing the server and making new friends via different and fun routes of RP, being a member of Vagos has really enhanced my RP and has made me appreciate the server in a different light.

Unfortunately it’s a little too late to learn from your mistakes. You’ve had ample opportunity to learn and get better but it’s been ban after ban after ban…
