Ban Reason: An automatic discord join sound
Why do you think you were banned: I was in game and a guy was arguing with me and several other people in OOC, an admin called "Bowen" told us to take it to QE, so I joined and my discord Nitro automatically plays a sound (I honestly forgot I even had it on), he then said "let me deal with this guy" and banned me from the discord, he did not say if this was permanent or timed and I cannot see anywhere in the rules that says these are not allowed, if they are not allowed I am happy to turn it off, But I also have no way of knowing if this is the reason and if this is temporary or permanent
Why should we unban you: I am not an intentional rule breaker and if I did break a rule I'd rather know so I can avoid breaking it again, I have read all the rules and I try my hardest to comply at all times

Usually, if it was just the one instance - it would have been a time out.
I have a few questions for you following this, and I hope you'll be honest with me:

As per the above, was it just the one sound, or were you spamming multiple - or being disruptive in any other way to land you this ban?
Can you recall when you were banned from discord?
Have you attempted to join the server using any other discord accounts?

It was 100% just the one time and I am happy to replicate it for you if you need, I don't have a video of it but I can assure you if one exists it would show the sound playing once the moment I joined QE and then I believe I said "sorry it is an automatic thing that plays when I join" Bowen then replied something along the lines of "Nah I am getting you out of here" I thought he meant the channel so I left, about 5 seconds after I was banned from the discord.

I am pretty sure it was Friday as it was in the day and I was Working Monday to Thursday

Yes I had a spare discord account so I tried logging in with it to see if I was also banned from the fivem server, it allowed me to join so I assumed that it was an isolated discord ban and I was okay to play the game, If this was not okay, I do apologise.

I genuinely enjoy this server and I try my hardest to abide by the rules, this was an accidental slip up and I have now disabled the discord feature that plays a sound when I join a voice channel

Could you tell me, what the soundboard was of - exactly?

When did you log in with your spare discord? Before, or after you realized you wasn't able to access the game server?

so the full time line is I was banned from the discord on Friday and I believe on Saturday or Sunday I tried logging in with my second discord account to see if I was banned from the game server

I think 3 in total, they are the only ones i can see saved on my autofill and am happy to add them to the list we discussed

I hope you are well.

I've looked into your appeal with a more senior member of staff, and what we've found unsettles us.
Whilst I appreciate your willingness to cooperate and provide us with some of the details we've asked for, I'm afraid you've not given us enough confidence in letting you back.
What started off as a simple appeal, turned into more than just C1.2/ Discord ban, and instead is now C1.15 - which will be added to your current ban.

With that being said, I'm afraid your time with RPUK is done.
DENIED.
