Why should we unban you: hey!

Me and a friend played around September last year we played for a while and got involved in some gangs and some really solid roleplay.

Whilst I take FULL responsibility for listening to my friend we both decided we wanted to start fresh after learning the servers ins and outs and after a read of the rules we thought it would okay to transfer what little money we had to the new characters.

At the time I thought this would be allowed and my friend checked the rules to say there wasn't any rules on it (again i understand i should have checked myself and will do so in the future every time should i be unbanned).

Not long after we were banned for that exact reason and being permanent realised there was little hope on being unbanned.

I really really enjoyed roleplay. I played it daily with my friend for like a month straight learning everything and when I was banned I was gutted. I understand transferring money isnt fair on anyone and everyone should start the way intended with no exception. I never got any warnings or any problems with any community members and I would love to return big time.

In the future I will double make sure that i check any rules myself and would love to have the chance to play here again, there really isnt another server like it.

I hope to make amends with a fresh start so we can both play on this server again one day. And I hope this is enough to get me unbanned so I can show it was a genuine mistake and not cause any more problems for staff.

I am confused, you say you spent time learning the ins and outs, looking over the rules, ect but didn't learn or see this rule? Please can you elaborate more on this?
What rp was happening leading up to this rule break?

Mostly just dealing drugs, looked at the rules along the way but it was only briefly.
we met a few people and ended up dying, decided we wanted to start fresh and go another route.

We thought i would be a good idea to transfer the money to a new character and didnt think i would be a problem.
my friend had a quick read of the rules and we thought it was okay.

I understand it was infact there but we genuinely didnt see it, we really enjoyed our time on the server and didnt mean to cause any issues.

Please can you quote the rule and explain in your own words why you believe they are in place?
 
Rule G2.9 "Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method."

I believe this rule is in place to make sure everyone gets a fair start,
A new character should find their own way to make money.

You must realise that sharing money in such a way is not an intended feature of the game?

If you were to be given another chance, what roleplay would we expect from you?
 
Yes I understand it isn't an intended feature, I'm sorry for breaking the rules.
I'd love another chance to play on this server.

Me and my friend were thinking of trying out for police when we made new characters so probably something on the legit side of things.

This is the best server we've come across and really enjoyed our time on it.

If I were to be given another chance I'd greatly appreciate it,
I never meant to cause any problems, If i had another chance i'd thoroughly make sure to read through the rules again before playing.

I have re-read the rules, I just meant if I were to have another chance I’d be checking them once again.

Sorry for any confusion on that part.

(I’m replying late as I work full time, some days don’t get the chance to be at my pc.

Good afternoon. I hope you're enjoying your weekend!

Unfortunately, in order to return, it comes with a heavy cost to your characters.

One of your characters you will get to keep. However, they will be wiped of all vehicles, money, assets, etc., you get the gist. The character's "memories", friends, associates, etc., remain.
The rest of your characters will be permanently deleted, never to return.

Which character do you wish to keep? (And thus receive a full wipe)
Which characters do you wish to eliminate?

You currently have three characters:

Joe Gibson (116528)
Jack Rogers (117057)
Jack Tanner (117058)

Please let us know your decision, and this is irreversible once completed, so choose wisely.

If you have any questions regarding this, don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your response I really appreciate the oppertunity to play on your server once again.

I'd like to have a full wipe of all characters if thats possible please.
 
Under the conditions you would keep one character, this is the same condition that everybody else receives when this rule has been broken. There will be no special treatment.

Which character would you like to keep and receive the full wipe?
