Why do you think you were banned: Because I transferred money to a new character
Why should we unban you: hey!

Me and a friend played around September last year we played for a while and got involved in some gangs and some really solid roleplay.

Whilst I take FULL responsibility for listening to my friend we both decided we wanted to start fresh after learning the servers ins and outs and after a read of the rules we thought it would okay to transfer what little money we had to the new characters.

At the time I thought this would be allowed and my friend checked the rules to say there wasn't any rules on it (again i understand i should have checked myself and will do so in the future every time should i be unbanned).

Not long after we were banned for that exact reason and being permanent realised there was little hope on being unbanned.

I really really enjoyed roleplay. I played it daily with my friend for like a month straight learning everything and when I was banned I was gutted. I understand transferring money isnt fair on anyone and everyone should start the way intended with no exception. I never got any warnings or any problems with any community members and I would love to return big time.

In the future I will double make sure that i check any rules myself and would love to have the chance to play here again, there really isnt another server like it.

I hope to make amends with a fresh start so we can both play on this server again one day. And I hope this is enough to get me unbanned so I can show it was a genuine mistake and not cause any more problems for staff.

I am confused, you say you spent time learning the ins and outs, looking over the rules, ect but didn't learn or see this rule? Please can you elaborate more on this?

What rp was happening leading up to this rule break?

Mostly just dealing drugs, looked at the rules along the way but it was only briefly.
we met a few people and ended up dying, decided we wanted to start fresh and go another route.

We thought i would be a good idea to transfer the money to a new character and didnt think i would be a problem.
my friend had a quick read of the rules and we thought it was okay.

I understand it was infact there but we genuinely didnt see it, we really enjoyed our time on the server and didnt mean to cause any issues.
