In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Im sorry for any inconvenience i have caused. I think i was banned for my server disconnecting while hiding from a group of people. but i have continuous issues with my internet provider when i reach a certain time through the night, i have all this documented and have gone through multiple phone calls trying to fix the issue, if you can look back on previous days at that certain time you will see the occurring problem i have, i was roleplaying all throughout my deaths that day and any other day i had no reason to disconnect myself. I have proof of these disconnections aswell as emails and continuous phone calls with sky about this error but they seem not to care because it is only in a small fraction of time in the day during early morning.

Why should we unban you ?: i have played this game every single day since i have had my pc it was the main reason i got a pc aswell and i have always stayed in connection with the roleplaying, this is the only server throughout fivem which i really enjoy, i have two characters one as a criminal character and one as a police officer i switch between the two without breaking roleplay always keep it clean and tidy throughout gameplay, i was dedicated to the server as i went through multiple hours of police training and multiple hours of roleplaying throughout the city. as i said i always roleplay through my situations dead or alive and i believe i do not break the rules in the server as i keep it at a high standard. again Im sorry for any inconvenience i have caused.

thank you for the reply, I understand now yes, but I want to say Iam not trolling one bit I roleplay all my gameplay. I have two characters one in the police and one criminal character, I went through hours of training to get into the police I always uphold my roleplay as I have clips to prove this aswell as officers on the scene tlwho was trai going me to vouch for me, as for my other character I went over to them to ask for some business and they immediately tell me to get off the turf and come over to kick me off the bike or try and point and a gun at me to scare me to get rid of me for no reason other than asking for business (a bet they aren't recording this and they also broke roleplay to find me again after a death the other day but I do not complain about this) , so as I'm role-playing I have also started a gang so I took them as our enemies which there is nothing against through role-playing and we are a small gang just started up with no weapons and they are at a higher advantage immediately so i got a tanker and blew it up at there turf as someone may do in real life without the real reasorces to do it with hand weapons and I sat through my death still role-playing, as I said I have spent multiple hours on this server playing every single day with about 5 of my friends building my two characters up in various ways always stick to the roleplay through every scenarios now we all can't play anything as there is no better server in fivem than this one, it had truly disappointed me how this has happened. They say they don't know us aswell as they have known me for weeks now the the game. Again I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. 

They are just trying to get me banned because it doesn't fit their narrative as they have also known me for while now in game now, everything I did was in roleplay terms. 

As you can also tell in the video they are baiting aswell.

after watching both videos they are the ones who are trolling and trying to bait us, they only put out what they want you to hear. this is clear DEFAMATION.

This is not a debate about whether or not the report was just, it´s about why we should be lifting this ban. Staff have already made a decision and it will stand as is.

Unfortunately you were also banned for combat logging, which means this ban comes with a 1 month cooldown before it can be appealed. Try again after 21/03/22 and focus on what you did wrong, not anyone else when you do.
