In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for 'borderline powergaming' for using /me to enhance my roleplay like it say's to in the left of the screen!

Why should we unban you ?: i think the staff was unfair about this situation and didn't even give me a chance to explain myself before banning me, my previous record ain't the best i've been improving my roleplay since my last ban which was only two ish months ago for c2.3 combat log! i was role-playing a volatile criminal who would go to any extent to keep his freedom, apparently no criminal has ever took their hand cuffs of while been in the back of a police car, heres a REAL LIFE video to prove its possible https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lCdY1VTufc , the officer didn't put me in a seat belt like the staff who banned me says so i was able to bite his ear off, it literally says in the server use /me to enhance ur roleplay expericence! i've broke the video down so you can see my side of the story as the staff who banned me said its impossible to get out hand cuffs etc and that i had my seat belt on when the police didn't mention a seatbelt once or use /me to put it on for me.... thank you for you time as always and i hope we can resolve this. also heres my clip broken down i didn't do what the staff who banned me said- https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/1uBmnQDk-WMCo3/d1337OXzSfTi?invite=cr-MSw3ZGssMTQ5OTk2MTQ3LA

How are we today? 🙂

I've seen your report, it made it interesting for the officers dealing with you, and they even went along with so much of it, so I believe we all can agree to give them credit for making it entertaining. 
However the amount of it you were doing might have been seen as annoying, to maybe borderline power-gaming, given you did actions that were impossible (due to game mechanics) yet the officers went along with it.  /me is here to enhance your roleplay, for example "/me TRIES to get out of cuffs" or "/me tries to reach the officer who's driving to bite him". 

What I believe Logan meant in your report a player when he said "You can't get out of hand cuffs" is the game mechanic that we have on the server, you can not get out of handcuffs on your own, you will always need someone else's help. - Realistically you can get out of handcuffs on your own, or adjust them, as provided by your YouTube link as an example. 

I'd like to ask you, can you see how your action CAN be seen as power gaming?

my bad for not taking the games mechanics into consideration i was just trying to provide good roleplay for everyone involved and have abit of fun, i was trying to stay in character of being a volatile criminal, that's why you could say i was being 'annoying' and being such a pain in the ass using /me alot, i CAN  see how it could be seen as powergaming because i did /me takes cuff off etc... when ONLY the officers have the powers manually to remove hand cuffs threw there PD MENU. i didn't consider this at the time as i was lost in the roleplay trying to give them something to talk about and make it fun for them. i didn't realize such a simple mistake on my behalf and ill hold my hands up after reviewing what you said i 100% understand why it was wrong!

Sorry for the Inconvenience i didn't mean for any of this to happen,  i totally understand that i was taking advantage of the mechanics without knowing and that would never happen again, Thank you for educating me on the matter also, i hope we can resolve this as i understand now and id never do it again

I am doing well, thank you for asking. 

I am glad you see the error of your way, and I understand that sometimes we do get immersed in our roleplays / stories that we forget everything else, this being common sense, or game mechanics. I do believe you did this as a heat of a moment thing, or better yet, as an enjoyment out of the scenario, I do think you can agree that the police put up with you and roleplayed with you quite well (I have seen your medal presentation as well), I do agree that the officers forgot to do /me puts mask on, and they eventually did once they realized that little mistake. - The officers were passing out, pretending to be injured, even though when you physically couldn't hurt them. 

Obviously, with the /me loosens cuffs or /me gets out of cuffs, is impossible to do, without once again a second party to help this being police or other. 

I just want you to know that the /me ability is here to enhance your roleplay and you can create very powerful roleplay scenarios with said tool (given they are used properly), having a build up per say of actions, they're here to describe what you're doing, what you're trying to do. 

Obviously this is your second permanent ban, how will we know there won't be third? 
How can we the staff team be certain there won't be any future issues / future bans?

Hello Mike I totally understand after you've explained it perfectly to me, I'd like to tell you what rule I broke and how I'm going to explain it to you,

(G1.5) Powergaming - (*Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win.*) Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay..   // I've used (* to mark what I did wrong above! (I didn't take the servers mechanics into consideration which I should at all times, and how its classed as power gaming because I don't have control of the scene as only the police can take my cuffs of, or if maybe someone helped me using lockpick etc... 

 (C1.7) Common Sense - *As a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense*

also I hold my hands up i broke this rule also for not using my common sense at the time,ive let myself down and you guys mainly for giving me another chance after my last ban,im hoping we can resolve this as a learning curve as now i fully understand what i did wrong,if you would kindly give me the chance to play ur server again, I'd be more then grateful and I'll make sure I use my common sense at all times and To never break a rule again!

Hello there liam There's allegedly people out there selling containers and other asset threw pay pal I've been told a few times, don't know who it is exactly but it's happening with the whitelisted gangs allegedly, you'd have to have a look into the logs transfers,see if they revieved payment for assets in game etc but it's definitely happening on the sly, and regarding the underaged players in gangs I'm more then certain there's underaged people in gangs  as they don't sound 18years of age or over and there using voice changers to get around being detected. I know its a big accusation but have a look into it mate honestly. Just giving you the heads up as it's not good on the people who grind hours daily for there assets.

I don't believe you're being honest. You wouldn't give such a large accusation to Staff Team in returning wanting unbanned, if you didn't have names for me.

To be honest, I am slightly on the edge of denying this appeal due to my thinking that you're now protecting these people who are breaking rules. I'll see what your reply is and depending on that, you can have a cooldown.

 
Hello Liam like I said 'allegedly' I've been told a few times that people have been buying stuff with paypal, I don't see why anyone would lie about that to be honest, I don't have any name of the people who've 'allegedly' bought stuff with Real life money ive just hurd it a few times, but I was letting you know that's what I've hurd and like I say why would someone lie about that! If I knew I'd tell you because it's not fair on the people who grind the server hard for there assets. But it's definitely something you should take a look into.
