Why do you think you were banned: Hi all I I was told on my previous appeal to send one on todays date, first of all I’d like to apologise for my previous appeals and how that played out, i wasn’t patient and just wanted to get the matter sorted but wasn’t patient and it didn’t get me anywhere again I do apologise,

I’d also like to add on my first appeal I generally didn’t know what I was banned for and was confused what was going on and then realised what I did wrong but now I can explain what happened.

Ban reason - Meta Gaming

I was banned for meta gaming with a friend of mine (Ralphy Knight) it was early hours of the morning and I got a call (IRL) from Ralphy asking me to save him as he was selling on (Vargos Block) and was killed by a NPC initially I told him to wait and see if EMS was available first but no one attend him so me being silly I flew into the city and took him to the hospital due to the stuff he had on his possession.
Why should we unban you: Reason for unban -
I have truly learned my lesson and took this time and opportunity to read thoroughly over the rules not just in the city but also over the Ban appeal rules after the mess I caused last time I want to make sure I do everything right and 100%

I truly enjoy being in RPUK and would really appreciate if you guys could take the time to give me a second chance to prove to you all that I can be a valuable player in the city and not to do anything to brake any rules in the future what I did was stupid and wrong and very silly over something we could off just got back together, my time in the city was brilliant with all the other players I have meet and the RP scenes I have been in and would love a chance to get back into the city and not mess up my opportunity again I understand the rule brake is serious and I can assure you all it will never happen again and won’t put my self in any situation again,

Hello mate.

As mentioned by yourself it certainly wasn't the smartest decision to make. How would you go about a situation like this in the future?

Going forward in the future I will no make stupid mistakes like this if anyone ask for help with anything in the city (IRL) I’ll be telling them No unless they are communicating in the city via phones radio or there in person anything to do with braking the rules I will not be apart of definitely learned my lessons and will not put my self in this situation again iv read the rules and the appeal rules and 100% up to-date With then all and I can assure you all I will not do this again, I appreciate your time on my appeal
 
How come you decided to help him, if you knew it wasn't the right thing to do? Surely, a few drugs wouldn't be worth all this?

In all honestly was just trying to be nice I was heading into the city my self and just thought I’d be a nice guy but that didn’t get me very far me and Ralphy know we messed up like you say over some drugs that we could off just got back I can assure you if I was to get a second chance in the city you’ll never see me do this again
 
Please explain rule G3.1 in your own words and how it might affect roleplay.
 
Rule G3.1 - OOC ( Out of Character )

OOC is where your self or another player brakes there Character in Role play this can be done in many ways.

Example:

people complaining about others players role play saying this Roleplay is terrible talking about rules not staying in character.

Other things like talking about IRL things that have nothing to do with anything in the city

All of these things will affect people’s time and role play in the city ruining people’s RP scenes a lot of people stream via twitch/kick/tiktok and it’s the last thing they would want to be hear while they are live all of this is against the rules and a ban-able offence. This should be played out and sorted after the Scene has finished not during.
 
Right. I'm willing to give you another chance, however, there are some conditions.

- ANY form of using OOC information, metagaming, or anything concerning using information gained via other means unrelated to your character, will result in another permanent ban, which you won't be able to appeal for 6 months.

Any other bans would fall under our FBS, and can be appealed before 6 months. Is that understood?
