Why do you think you were banned: I was banned due to overlooking a part of C2.3 which is logging out while downed. It was around 12-1am and I had just had a really bad roleplay experience with a group of players who downed me with a machete in the clothes store next to MRPS. The group left straight after and I waited for around 15-20 mins before logging out as it was late, thought nothing of it but I had completely overlooked the advantage it gave me to do this. I didn't even know I had broken a rule and woke up the next morning to a ban message. I also spoke to some staff members in a discord ticket who gave me some insight into why I was banned as I was quite shocked at first.
Why should we unban you: I just want to say thank you for reading my ban appeal, I know this is the 2nd time I have ended up here for the same exact offence and it annoys me a lot. I believe I should be unbanned as since my first ban I've made a massive effort to become a good standing member of this community, I was stupid back then when I first started playing Fivem but since then I decided to take it more seriously and found out how much fun the server can be. I've made multiple friends and joined multiple whitelisted factions and never even thought of breaking a rule again. I completely understand why I was banned even though it was a mistake, rules are meant to be followed and unfortunately I overlooked them. Now I understand that no matter how late it is or the circumstances I should wait out for the death timer before leaving the game but It has also made me realise why roleplay.co.uk has such a good player base and next to no "baldies". I don't want to be known as a serial combat logger, I want to be known as a good member of this community and this all just tarnishes that.

I recall unbanning you here, for this exact rule. Seems as if my chance has just been thrown right back in my face... Why should I give you ANOTHER chance considering you've broken exactly the same rule?

This tells me that during the last appeal you didn't really care, surely you'd be familiar with this rule follow the prior ban as you'd have read it and had a good understand of it.

Hello Danoo, I am doing well thank you. I hope you are okay.


I know this is my second time here for the exact same reason, I do feel like I’ve let you down as you gave me the benefit of the doubt and gave me another chance which I am very grateful for.

I made a genuine mistake when it was late at night and didn’t really think over what I was doing. My thinking at the time was to wait for the players to come back incase they want to carry on the roleplay but after 15-20 minutes nobody even came near the shop so I decided to go to bed but completely overlooked the fact that being downed was in fact still a roleplay scenario. Even just reading back over this paragraph makes me annoyed that I slipped up over something so simple especially after all the progress I made since my last ban.

My stupidity has effected not just myself but also other players who had ongoing roleplay situations with my characters.


My first ban was a wake up call as I do admit at the start my role playing ability was not up to the standards the server as a whole demands, but the past few months since then I have tried to always provide the best roleplay and also explore other avenues of roleplay within the server. E.G Police, NHS, Fire. I had many plans for my characters and also new ones.


Breaking a rule and letting down the staff team who have always pointed me in the right direction with my roleplay was the last thing I would have dreamt of doing this year . I feel like I have let everyone down including myself. As I said before I want to be known as a good member of this community and not some rule breaker.

As much as you may have made a genuine mistake when it was late at night, it's such a shame to see.
Essentially, I gave you a second chance on the server after you combat logged once. My expectation would've been that you read over that rule, understood it fully as per the previous appeal and treaded more carefully around this rule knowing that you've already broken it once.

The chance has been thrown back at me, you've not learnt.
Due to this, I'm not willing to allow you back as of yet.
