Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

I really enjoyed playing on this erver. Iam new to these kind of roleplay expreinences. I was unaware of the rdm rule in this extent. I actually know how to rp in certain situations. I shot and killed 3 cops while I had a 600k bounty. I was than unaware I had to actually say anything before I could shoot. I would inderstand if iam not getting unbanned but I would like a second chance since I know the rules know. I was afraid of getting caught therefore I shot these cops. Thank you for reading

It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.[/SIZE]

The only exception to this is your wanted level. In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... Without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.

Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.

I actually dont know when I broke this rule. the only thing I can think of is yesterday when i got send to jail by sampax or somehing like thta. I didnt get the chache to pay the ticket. I was send to jail. When I got out of jail I seekd revenge . I killed Tampax with RP outside the green zone in kavala where I was sent to prison. This is the onhly thing I can think abot

The server message says that VLAD banned me today. If Vlad could collaborate when I broke the new life rule that would be really appreciated. Seeing that the bann was today I was in the server for under 10 minutes when I was kicked. I rejoined obviously to later find out I was banned. Noone said anything to me or warned me.,I was just banned. I think its unprofessional to  ban someone and not further expand on the reasoning of this ban while you can clearly see that the one who banned me  saw my post. I just hoep to get a second chanche and have fun

We do not issue warnings here. As "unprofessional" as you may think it is you got banned for a NLR violation which was something completely different to the several rule breaks that you have been reported for. The system works you see. We got rid of someone from the server who was being a nuisance to our rule abiding players.

Player can clearly not abide by either our in game rules or ban dispute rules therefor I am issuing a perm ban.
