In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe that the reason I was banned was due to the apparent exploit of combat logging which I was appearing to abuse.

Why should we unban you ?: I appreciate that abiding by RP rules is paramount and the last thing I want to do is to be seen to abuse any of this. Above everything, I don't want to ruin the fun and enjoyment for any other player and also to abuse the system in any way. At the time of my ban, my area was currently experiencing maintenance on the internet and as a result, my internet kept dropping out during this time. I understand that despite this reason, I may still have to suffer some consequences which I do accept and am willing to accept a limited time ban. At the time of writing, it is currently coming up to 24 hours but I understand if you feel this time needs to be extended in any way. As I said, abiding by the rules and keeping the experience immersive and enjoyable is my priority and I intend to continue to play like this, it was just unfortunate timing that I was experiencing internet issues at this time.

The bad news for you that our server is logging every time you log out and the funny in your log is stated that you exit the game not lost connection.

No, I will still keep to my story of intermittent internet issues and in addition to multiple game crashes and textures not loading. I wasn't sure if it was just your server or multiple ones and I was hoping that restarting the game might fix this. Like I said I was experiencing a lot of internet issues and lag which hopefully your logs have picked up on. I tried to explain that I was trying to restart the game in the hope to fix this but I don't think my mic picked it up. 

I do appreciate that you must be used to people protesting all sorts of claims to you all the time and I don't want to make it look like I am trying to make a fool of you or lie to you. I understand how this could be a serious offence and why an indefinite ban is the only sensible course of action. I am happy to take any punishment  for a finite amount and would appreciate if you were to give the benefit of the doubt in this case but keep this incident on my record so if any other incident were to arise, it will be a more serious punishment.

@ruane99I'm not really buying this story. You disconnected and then reconnected a little bit later. The police officer was waiting for you and as soon as you see him as you reconnect, you log out again. True?

I understand it sounds unlikely. My game had been playing up a while with textures not loading and objects popping which is part of the reason why I crashed into the police car in the first place. I had hoped that by exiting the game quickly after logging in back in again would fix the issues and i was naively thinking if I did it quick enough, it wouldn't seem like I was deliberately trying to avoid the officer.

Both stories are correct. After reconnecting to the game, I was experiencing a few texture issues and lag. I saw people lagging about all over the place and I was hoping to leave the game and reconnect to see if that would sort the issue.

Well, having just looked at your ban notes more clearly, and at your previous ban, and the fact that you still aren't telling the truth, I'm going to deny this appeal. You exited the game on every occasion, you even tried to hide in a bush to avoid the cop. Looking at your last ban, it shows me that you clearly aren't really here to RP. If you decide you want to try RP again, and actually want to tell the truth, feel free to open a new appeal.
