Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: it was a while ago but it'll be in one of my other unban appeals but if i remember correctly i let my best mate play whilst i did a couple irl bits around my house and he got into an incident with the police. He didnt know how to use my in game mic as i changed the keybind to mouse button 3 so he was panicking running around and didnt speak to them at all. I know any offences on my account are considered my responsibility. ive learnt not to let anyone by my character and i am sorry about it happening and i'll be extra cautious to keep myself from getting banned if my appeal is successful

Why should we unban you ?: i've been dotting around some other serious UK cities for a little while trying to improve my RP and none have come close to this one. I feel like my RP has drastically improved and would be a good addition to city once again. Since trying the other cities FiveM has gradually got more boring for me so i hope you guys can see i will be making sure my account doesn't partakes in any ban able offences again and my rp will be kept to a top level so i don't receive another ban

I tried going through the unban process around August last year so i thought i'd put more effort into it this time to show i want it. I don't live with that mate anymore im back in with my mum but if i need to i can get him over hopefully it doesnt come to that though

No it was one of there first times on fivem. They dont own a pc they were just living with me at the time.

So this was your mates first time on FiveM playing via your account.
You say they couldn't figure out how to get your microphone working which is one of the basics, they can however figure out how to get into a gunfight with another gang and emote exploit on a rooftop? 

Again, are you sure you'd like to claim this was a mate and not you? 

 
Yes and a gunfight with another gang? ive never owned a gun in the city so my mate couldve never had a gun thatd be imposible. Apparently it was spamming U but he wouldnt have had a clue how to emote exploit, he took over from me whilst i was cleaning cash so he wouldnt have had any weapon so i really dont know about a gun fight 

He wasnt taking over to play my character for hours i had to run downstairs and help out so i didnt need to tell him how to use my mic or anything as he was supposed to carry on selling cash in no way could he have got into a gun fight 

Please look into that as i've never had a gun 

I thought it was something to do with PD not a gang as i recollect him saying they tried to arrest him. This was months ago so sorry my memorys a bit foggy but i thought it was mainly PD not using my mic and my mate spammed U. I know i take any penalty/punishment that comes as itll be my character blakey that will receive it but can you please look into what happened as i dont think a gang was involved 

I'm not sure if theres logs but if there is it should show ive never even wielded a gun yet i was slowly building my contacts and money up 

i am sorry for this again though and i hope we can resolve it as i miss this city and the community

Do you guys see my ban?  As it sounds like ive got his as well 

ive just checked my old unban request and this is my original ban id

it shows the one ive put in the ticket but thats not why i got banned 

This is what my ban says but looking at my last request that gone denied it was this ban id (on the next message)

Good afternoon @RSG Evolution, just to make you aware, adding extra comments in the way you have classes as bumping which ordinarily results in your appeal being locked for 3 days. There is an edit function if you'd like to add more.

It does appear you've been caught up in your brothers ban too due to the fact you're sharing the same IP, we will get around to that part of it shortly if you appeal is successful.
For reference, your current ban ID is 13841.

I would say it's common sense not to let anyone else play on your account for this exact reason, as you've now taken a ban for their actions.
Why did you show such little patience in the ticket leading up to your ban? 

 
The appeal has been Timed out, We are unable to keep ban appeals open indefinitely, You may reopen a new appeal but don’t forget to give our rules a thorough read over again here.
