In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I found out it was for combat logging, after a scenario that kicked off at the beach that resulted in me leaving the area i ended up getting killed by the same people after vdming the car multiple times they said they were going to 'take this scumbag' to the hospital which i believed was the situation was finished. i ended up f8 quitting and going out as wasnt happy with what happened. When i came to jump back on i saw i had a day ban which then turned to a perma

Why should we unban you ?: i honestly didnt know quitting after it had ended would give me a perma ban or any ban at all. From what ive been explained now its best to wait till the person who kills you has finished and left fully not just when im dead. If you guys consider unbanning me this wont be happening again. I'm only just getting into the city bought my first apt the day before this happened sadly and hope this appeal helps , thanks in advance

No, not while you are in a downed state at all. Once you have re-spawned or have been revived and you are not involved in any rp, you can log off.

i realised that after i got a ban. and no not usually i was wrong for doing that, in this situation i believed they were breaking rules against me(maybe they werent) but i shouldve clipped and waited till it ended then called admin. i fully broke rp and im sorry for doing that. i can promise i wont do that again if i get unbanned.

After the permenant ban i received from it it showed me how serious the rules are and how serious the consequences are. After i realised how serious the rules i broke were i got myself to go through the rules i reread them twice on 2 different occasions and i believe i have a clear understanding of them now. I also stream on twitch so if i do get unbanned possibly a staff member could randomly go on it to see, im not too sure. I can promise this permanent ban has taught me my lesson..

'What happens in Roleplay needs to stay within Roleplay. Do not bring in character issues outside of the game, likewise do not bring your real life issues with other players into the game. You ARE NOT your character and they ARE NOT you.' which is G1.6.

'You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.' G2.3 

explain why you believe we have such rules in place?

-This city is a british SERIOUS rp so people breaking character when their still in city it starts to ruin people's serious rp situations and create bad rp for other people within the city. 

-Admins and govs already have a lot to do so they don't need people breaking rules and causing more work for them

If it was in a roleplay situation i would rp my way through it but if it was as rvdm i would still role play it out but i would clip the scenario and call an admin/wait for an admin and hope for a good outcome

I am very sorry for breaking them rules all i can hope for now is a second chance to prove my true RP character and not that person who got himself banned...

From the situation you combat logged from, Why didn't you return after the fact or attempt to put a message in ooc or discord to the other party?

Because i didnt know it got classed at combat logging until after i got banned, read through the whole ticket please this has been explained once a bit

also it was early hours in the morning so i didnt find out i was banned till i woke back up

You claim you didn't know it was classed as 'Combat Logging', yet if you read our server rules it clearly states and I quote "Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting" - Now, whether or not people were present or the scenario was over or not, you being downed on the floor, essentially dying, is still a continuation of that roleplay scenario and as such, not awaiting a medic, getting revived or respawning before logging out is considered 'Combat Logging'.

I am going to be honest, you don't fill me with much confidence that if you were to be unbanned you would, this time round, follow our server rules. 

However, I will unban you. It's just straight forward from here on out. 

If you are found to be in breach of any server rule going forward, whether or not you "understand" the rule etc will matter not and you will receive another permanent ban and next time round, it won't be so easy. 

Don't be that guy, don't let us see you here again.
