Why do you think you were banned: Hi, I made a ticket on the discord - FIVEM 26788. I have just transferred from xbox to pc and haven't played fivem before. Yet, it says im banned for C1.15 but im unsure as to why. Can someone help with this please.
Why should we unban you: I haven't done anything wrong.

You've stated you're the first person to play FiveM in your household.
You've stated you have only one Steam and Discord account.

Where or whom did you get your PC from? Did you purchase it from a manufacturer directly? Did you purchase the parts and then build it yourself? Or purchase a second-hand PC?
Do you share any accounts on your PC with anyone, or has anyone shared their old accounts with you, such as Rockstar Games, Epic Games, or a FiveM account?

hi yeah all good myself thankyou, I purchased a second hand pc from Facebook market place. it came factory reset, so I set up all new accounts due to this being my first pc. my rockstar, my epic games accounts were transferred from Xbox. these accounts have never been shared. I haven't yet got a FIVEM account
