In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Because i got somebody's attention using ooc

Why should we unban you ?: This incident was completely taken out of context. I'll explain what happened. Basically, the day prior to this incident, i got taken into custody for questioning. I had been there for a while going into the interview etc when my voice box for some reason stopped working. I attempted to fly out and fly back in but that did not seem to work. An admin teleported to me to try and help me solve the issue. After the help he gave me, my voice box still wasnt deciding to fix. After a while i then explained to the admin that i'd have to fly out fairly soon as i had to be up for work tomorrow at 5. He then teleported the investigating officers to me and explained what was going on. The admin said i had until i think it was 6 or 7 pm the next day to fly in and continue with the rp scene from where we left off. He said that if i did not not continue this scene by that time i would be perm banned. He clearly told me that when i were to load back in i should make the investigating officer aware to continue scene. He said to use things like discord to get in contact with him. On that day i tried searching for his discord but was unable to find it. Once i loaded in i was stuck from in the spot where i was the night prior. I was there for about 10 mins trying to get somebodys attention so i could get hold of the officer but there was nobody there, and it was almost 7 o clock and i didnt want to get perm banned. My last resort was to request an admin but nobody replied so i put in ooc, something a long the lines of ''here waiting in pd to continue rp scene from yesterday''. I didnt think that there was anything wrong with this as it was a gov sit and i was told if i didnt continue the scene id get perm banned. I had no other choice. Hope you guys understand. Sorry about the above message, i was talking about the wrong reason so just ignore it. I've just read the report on the reason i was banned, and have seen what it was for. I'm really confused how that was meta gaming? I was streaming my gameplay on youtube to a couple of my friends. Maybe 20 or 30 were watching it. I have no control over their actions so i cant take any responsibility for what they do. They have clearly been watching my stream, seen i've got into trouble, and for some reason decided to get involved. I have no involvement in that, and dont see how i could have prevented it. Before i streamed on this server i opened a ticket and asked if there were any direct rules with streaming and they said there were none. I don't see how it was meta gaming if the incident was due to me streaming. I didn't direct anyone to do anything to assist me.

It was just due to me being under a lot of pressure to be honest. When I get put in such situations where I’m put on the spot I end up going all over the place with what I’m saying and all that. Hope you understand.

Simply put, why should we let you back when you keep ignoring the rules?

Since being banned for just over a week now, I have had more than enough time to look over all of the rules that have been put in place in this server. These rules are exceptionally important to follow and I completely understand why you guys implement them, as without them, roleplay.co.uk’s high levels of RP would drop dramatically. I know what can and cannot be done in the server, meaning that you will not see me breaking any rules in the future. I can promise that. I feel that I can offer extremely high levels of role play to this amazing server, making it a better place for everybody. If I end up getting unbanned, I would love to start a new character and basically have a fresh start. I want to create a character that doesn’t involve themselves in and criminal activities. One that has a legal job. Possibly even a police officer. I’m hoping that I can get unbanned because I really do love this server. Everything about it is great. It’s community, it’s high levels of rp and so on. No other server on fivem competes with it. Ever since being banned I haven’t really been on my pc as I feel I don’t have anything to play. Before being banned I would be on roleplay.co.uk every single day. I’d be on it 3 hours minimum a day. I hope you guys can take in what I’m saying. Many thanks, Ronzo.

Does this mean you hadn't read the rules during any of your 3 prior bans?

This doesn't quite cut it, 4 bans in a month is a huge amount and it's not as though you've never appealed in the past. We shouldn't have seen you breaking any more rules after your first ban, never mind after the 4th.

You were told during your last appeal that you may find it harder to come back if you got banned again within a 6 month period, and here we are. You lied to us during liason and honestly, you seem to just ignore the rules, failing to even follow the rule of not bumping your unban appeal.

Metagaming is an incredibly easy rule to follow and not one we take breaking lightly. You only seem to care about winning and saying anything you can to get out of a sticky situation, and we simply don't want that attitude or type of person here.

As such, the answer for right now, if unfortunately no. You'll be placed on a 3 month cooldown and be eligable to come back and try again, should you so choose. We told you that we didn't want to see you here and if we are to simply unban you, I feel this is where we'll end up again pretty soon. You'll be eligable to appeal after 22/05/23
