In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Value of life

Why should we unban you ?: I don't believe that i failed to value my life in that scene. I'll explain the full thing in detail from my perspective. It started off with me breaking into a car with a lock pick. Unfortunately, whilst i was in the process of lock picking the car a police vehicle drove past and saw me. As i got into the car they turned there lights on and attempted to pull me over. I did not pull over due to the fact that i was carrying a fire arm. The only thing that was on my mind was getting away from them. They chased me up onto the motorway to where my car eventually started smoking. I turned off onto one of the roads in the mountains and pulled over for them. The police officer got out of his car and walked over to me. Due to the fact that i had a fire arm on me that i did not want to lose i had to think smartly. As he walked over to my car he told me to get out the vehicle. Whilst getting out the vehicle i pulled out my gun, seeing as he had no weapon in his hand. and put the gun to his head. I told the other officer that was with him to comply with all my demands. I told him to fix my car and not call for any additional back up. After a couple of minutes however, additional backup required on the scene. I continued to keep my gun pointed at the officers head, to prevent myself getting shot. I gave them a demand to fix my car, give me free passage to my vehicle without tampering with it in any kind of way and let me drive off, otherwise i woiuld shoot the officer. They complied and did what i asked, however did not comply with the not tampering with my car part. As i got into my car and started driving off my tires had been popped. I tried to continue driving until i could physically not. At this point there was only one officer behind me in his car so i had to think smartly. I got out of my car, crouched behind my door and shot at the driver in the hope of him turning around, or even killing him and taking his car and using it as an escape plan. Whilst i was in the moment of shooting the car he drove straight into me, killing me.

Oh, i see. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was playing in the server like normal and then got into an altercation with these guys when i was with my friend. We got killed by them and obviously i didnt speak because i was dead. I was in the back of their car for ages whilst they were driving etc and bringing my friend to pillbox. I didnt respawn because i didnt want to ruin the rp scene for them. However, due to my brother having just came out of hospital recently i had to assist him with something, thus disappearing for a period of time. 

 
Right... Now don´t you think you going afk would ruin the roleplay experience for them? Not talking at all during the car ride seems a little poor as well... Just because you are incapacitated, does not mean you are dead. It means you are heavily injured and likely able to speak, although it may be painful. 

 
Hi mate, apologies for the slow reply. I've been pretty busy, my bad. Anyways, back to the incident. I usually continue to roleplay out my injuries whilst im dead and say in the back of somebodys car for example. However, due to the fact that i had been sat in the back of their car dead for about 35 - 40 minutes just listening to them 2 talking acting as if i wasnt even there i eventually had to go afk for a bit because of the reason that i stated above. 

I’m not trying to sound like I’m making excuses and trying to make it sound like what I did was exceptional in anyway but you can understand that my brothers health comes before roleplay. I hope you understand where I’m coming from and I apologise. I can ensure you nothing like this will happen ever again. Like I said again, I’m sorry. Kind regards, Ronzo.

 
Of course we understand that real life comes first, however, I am sure you can think of some options you can utilise when you really need to go. What do you think those options would be?

 
Thank you for understanding me. It’s completely on me. I should’ve made them aware in some sort of way, whilst also maintaining rp and keeping in character etc. I was just in a proper rush, so didn’t even think properly. Next time I’ll be sure to make them aware whilst staying in character. Apologies about this.

I broke the rule G2.4 (failing to value my life). This rule is in place to prevent players from having low levels of rp. This is due to the fact that if it wasn’t a rule, every time somebody would say, try and rob you for example, the person who is being robbed would just not comply with the orders from the robber, therefore failing to value their life. Since the rule is in place, it keeps the rp levels as high as possible in the server and keeps people in character. 

Next time a similar situation is happening, i while remain in character and continue role playing the situation in which I am in. If, for whatever reason I have to immediately leave, I will remain in character, keeping my rp levels high, and explain to the people that I’ve got to fly out of the city.

I will give you another shot, do not make me regret it. Any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and much harder to be unbanned from, keep that in mind and stay out of trouble.
