In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned as I transferred the starting money from one character to another.

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because I have had the time to think and understand what I did was wrong. I apologise for the damage I did to the server and the economy. If you choose to unban me, you can take all my money as I just want to play this server. It is the best server for roleplay and I want to be apart of it. I will do anything I can in order to prove I won't do it again.

To be quite frank here, reading through your last unban appeal, it seems like you are simply just stating what has been said by the staff member as he denied your appeal. If you are not willing to put any effort into this, I am not either. Last chance.

    [SIZE=1rem]In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.:  I believe I was banned because I made a huge mistake and transferred money to one of my other characters before I read the rules, after I read the rules I realised I messed up really badly and made a huge mistake I know now it wasn't right of me to do that and it I am truly sorry for taking advantage of the game I really enjoy the city and if I get given another chance I will show u that I have changed.[/SIZE]
     
    Why should we unban you ?:  I think you should unban me because I have been given time to think about what I have done wrong and realised that I shouldn't have done it. I should have read the rules of the server, I really enjoy the server I have loads of fun and in the past few months I haven't been able to play it. I have realised that I truly miss the server and I'm truly sorry for not reading or abiding by the rules of the server and if I get given another chance I will never do that again. I will read over the rules multiple times to make sure I do not make any of those mistakes again I am sorry again.





 
So why did you do it? What did you gain from it? 
What do you think would happen to the server if we allowed such things? 

You will need to give me something here, because so far, I am not buying it.

 
In all honesty I did it because I thought it was a quick, easy unbannable way to get money as at the time of the incident I didn't read the rules and that was my fault I'm sorry for that, I now have made sure to read them multiple times and to understand each one thoroughly. I didn't gain anything from it as I didn't spend the money, but outside of the RP I have gained maturity and a better outlook for the server. I was never one for RPs whether it was GMOD or GTA but then I played this server and really enjoyed it so the last month has been a mare but I'm hoping to get back into this RP experience and to enjoy it and be a part of the experience it brings with a whole new POV and mindset. If you allowed such things to happen the server would be in uproar it wouldn't be fair, equal or fun. everyone would have everything or  everything would cost too much for a person who wants to play without using this exploit. It would destroy the economy and not make it fun, the server would die due to the lack of fun people would have when they own everything, thus making it no longer an RP it would just be GTA online but with admins. I am truly sorry for the damage I caused to the server and hope I can get back into it so I can enjoy the RP experience for myself and make other players experience that much better whether it's as a taxi driver, NHS worker, Police man or even as a criminal. I want to experience it all.

So because you thought you will not get caught it was a good idea to do it? regardless of you reading the rules, using common sense does that seem reasonable for you to exploit the system to obtain stuff unfairly in any online game for that matter?

 
With all due respect I never said I would not get caught, at the time of the exploit I had not read the rules. I thought it may have been a good idea but then I played the server more and read the rules in doing so I realised it was a bannable offense, however it was too late for me to come clean as I was already banned. It isn't fair for me or anyone to use an exploit whether it's this game or any game but at the time I didn't think it was an exploit I thought it was something which I could do once, which every player could do. I did not intend to exploit the game or server. Since the reasonable man test is an objective test you would have to ask other players to see if it seemed reasonable to them, as to me it seemed reasonable to transfer money from one character to another as people play on different characters for different roles like NHS, MC or the Police. I thought characters could transfer money and in doing so I would not be banned, that was my fault for assuming this and not reading the rules thoroughly. I apologise.

 
For you to even have a chance to return to Los Santos there are consequenses. 
 

  • All characters deleted and you start fresh. New character, new everything.
  • If you get caught for something similar in the future and according to the FBS you returning to RPUK and Los Santos would be next to impossible. 

Do you agree with the above?

 
@RomaDom PoppaDomI will be giving you another chance. As Stavik has stated you are now required to make a fresh start. Which means create a new background story for your new character who knows nobody. If you are caught to breech that term and suddenly find yourself with people who your previous character knew you will have broken your unban terms and the ban will be reapplied.
