No problem, The items you had in your inventory have been removed and as mentioned I am willing to offer you a chance to return. Few things to keep in mind, This is now your second permanent ban and as a result should you happen to get a third permanent ban then you will find it more difficult to be offered a chance to return so think of this as your golden chance to prove to us that you are here for the right reasons. 

If you haven't done so already make sure you are up to date with both our GTA and Community rules prior to rejoining to ensure you are aware of all rules we have. I believe it should go without saying that I hope not to see you back in this section again and that you don't let me down. Take what has happened here serious knowing what I've said thus far, Apart from that I hope you have a wonderful evening!
