Ban ID: I cannot see this as i dont have access to the discord or server

Reason given for your ban: I cant remember as it was around a year ago

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned from the discord and from the server around a year ago now, i cannot fully remember everything that happened regarding the discord situation, what i can remember is that i was banned from the server for combat logging (Which to this day i would still not agree with but i understand that it has been and happened now) and stupidly went to discord to take this out on the admins that banned me because i didn't feel that the reason to ban me was good enough, this was just after i had been killed and kicked out of my gang so i was reasonably annoyed at the time, i understand that this is no excuse and this is not something that i would do now, it was immature at the time and i agree that it was correct to ban me for my actions.

Why should we unban you ?: A year later i have decided that i would like to join back to the server and enjoy it in the way that i used to, i have changed alot since and i know that i would never react in the same way i did a year ago to any negative situations if they where to occur (such as being kicked from a gang). At the time i took the server too seriously and i think this was my reason for caring so much and taking it out on admins which then lead to my ban. I would like to communicate with many people in the server that i built connections with 1-2 years ago and progress my character further again, untill this situation stated above i had never had a ban or had anything negative put on my name so i think that also shows that it was a one off situation. As i stated before this was a year ago now and i have changed alot as a person so i would appreciate a second chance.

I'm not sure how you don't know what you were banned for.

Maybe it's just me, but I know each and every ban I was handed from 2014 - 2021 on this community.

 
Regarding the server and my in game ban; that ban was because i had gotten myself into a situation with the coalition at the time, i had shot a few of there members and they where chasing me, shooting at me and trying to find me, i then proceeded to go the the casino after i had lost them and they where no longer in sight, i would say this was 5-10 minutes later and i then disconnected from the game, i understand that this was wrong and as i said this was a year ago and i would never do something like that again, i was always someone who stuck to the server rules and this was one was broken out of anger, i understand that is wrong hence why i agreed that i deserved the ban at the time. 

After this had happened i then proceeded to be immature and move to the discord, i sent videos of the coalition breaking rules and videos of them saying things that shouldn't have been in the discord as i was angry, once again i understand that i took the server way too seriously and therefore didn't separate my OOC mindset from my in game mindset, i cannot remember what i typed or said as my memory is not that good and i have had a lot of other personal things to think about since that situation, i was then banned from the discord and i cannot recall being given a reason for my discord ban. 

Just to conclude, my in game ban was for combat logging and i am unsure of the title of my discord ban but i understand why i was banned.

 
What about the other rule you broke? or shall I say, were breaking the entire time on the server?

Are you referring to me being underage ? because i dont recall breaking any other rules, can i also confirm that i am now 18 and can prove it if you need me to. I understand that it was wrong to play when i wasn't of age, as i have said i am now of age and would appreciate a second chance.

Lets talk about the revenge reporting. As in, posting a lot of videos without much context about alleged rule breaks.

At the time as I mentioned I was annoyed and immature, I completely accept that this reaction was wrong and I would like to say that this is something I wouldn't even consider doing now. 

The videos that i posted consisted of the Coalition members speaking in discord and also speaking in game, certain clips where inappropriate and breached the privacy of the people speaking in that certain discord channel. Some clips contained RDM and combat logging but i was only using these clips to try and get back at the people in coalition, the actions that where being carried out in the clips was "banter" between us as a group and there was no malicious intent to break rules from the members at the time, I then used this to try and get back at them which i once again completely understand why i got banned for, i would like to reiterate that i have taken a lot of time away from RP and would deem myself a lot more sensible and mature than a year ago i have also been reminding myself of the rules and thinking about my potential character path to allow me to enjoy my time on the server if i was to come back.

Just to conclude, no rules where broken by any members in the clips as far as im concerned and any clips that consisted of discord communication or in game "rule breaks" should never have been posted in the RPUK discord.

 
Just looked over your account and you discord does not appear to be banned. Please try re-joining and let me know what happens.

I apologise for the time it has taken to reply to the previous messages I was on a work/business trip and had very little internet access but I am home now.

Regarding the discord server I will leave a screenshot of what I am shown when I attempt to join the discord, Its still not allowing me and I'm not too sure why if I'm not banned?

Your Discord ID will be something along the lines of this '263277196020416513'. This can be found by enabling Developer Mode and grabbing your one.

Yes this does ring a bell, i was unsure of the exact name of my ban but now i know so thankyou, this would relate to everything that i have said above about me sending videos into the discord that should not have been in there and i once again apologise for this and understand that it was wrong, it was immature and this is not something i would even consider doing now.

You say that but how can we trust you? Surely you remember what kind of videos you sent. 
How do we as staff know this won't happen again? 
is there anything else you'd like to come forward with? Now is the time.

Yes i was underage when i joined the community, i understand that this was wrong and i apologise for this, however during my time in the city i feel that i made some good connections and created good RP scenarios. I completely understand that being underage is a rule break and this is why i took time away from the server and refrained from putting in an unban appeal, this gave me time to well think about the other things i did wrong, such as my discord ban and combat logging. A year later i have now put in an unban request as i am now of age and have matured a lot since i was banned, i feel that being banned made me understand how much the server meant to me OOC when i was playing and i realised that i cared about the server a bit too much, i have since matured as i stated and understand that RP rules need to be followed but also it is only a game and that the server is played to have fun and enjoy.

I feel that i can be trusted, I personally do want to play the server and speak to the people i made connections with while having fun. I enjoyed my characters persona and would like to continue to RP as Rob Robinson, i understand that it is hard to trust me but i would very much appreciate a second chance to prove myself right, throughout my time in the city i didn't break rules (Other than being underage) and had very few incidents that where pulled to teamspeak for example, during any of these incidents they where resolved between me and that person and we continued to RP. Anger is what caused me to be immature and break rules towards the time i was banned from the server which was immature from myself and not something i would ever consider doing again as i was unable to separate in game anger from OOC which is something i am not proud of and therefor something i reflected on and have realised was wrong.

The videos i sent where of the coalition members at the time saying things in discord such as them speaking about in game characters OOC person in bad ways. I also continued to spam tag admins and i completely understand that this is also very wrong. As mentioned all of these things where me being immature and taking the game a bit too seriously, at the time RP and college was all i did and this gave me alot of time to care and get sucked in by the server. i currently work and am reasonably busy but would like to join back to the server in my spare time and enjoy the RP experience i used to enjoy on RPUK.

I will not do anything like this again as i do not see a benefit from it and i also like the server and the people on it, i would not want to be banned again hence my unban report and time i have waited for my unban to be replied to. 

I have nothing else to come forward
