In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Because I left the game in a situation.

Why should we unban you ?: I know that I did wrong when I left the server in a actual moment. And I dont usually do something like that but I had a serious situation. My dog had some type of seizure and I had to step up for my dog. I dont remember did I close the fivem or did I just turned off my computer. I had to leave in hurry so I didint have the time to get a better moment to leave the game.
that was very bad timing for the actual moment for me to get shot in the game and the timing for me to get a seizure. But I dont have any reason to bullshit in any form in this situation. I had an actual moment where I had to leave the game. As you would do also if you had the same situation than I had. Hope you understand. I had a serious situation I had to dealt with and no game is important in that moment. I have no reason to talk shit about these situations.

You were being watched by staff at the time. You had gone down during an active chase (from being shot) and exactly 4 seconds after being shot you then log out and close the game down?
It seems awfully convenient that within 4 seconds you've managed to go from running away in RP to logging out AFTER losing the situation you were involved in.

I know that it doesnt sound good when you look at this to yours perspective. And as I said I know that im in the wrong when I left the game just in that moment.
It was a really bad timing for me to log out. But I dont have any reason to lie about these type of things. If you look at this thing for my perspective, it would be understandable. I dont say that me logging out was a right thing to do but I had a moment with my dog. Like I said in previous message that my dog had a seizure and I had to step up for my dog in that moment. I dont remember if I did just close the game or did I close the whole computer. I dont remember that if I was driving the car in that active chase or my friend but as fast I saw my dogs condition, I left the game. 
As you said it was very convenient when I left the game but I had my reasons for that and I think that you would do the same if you were in my situation.

We understand that occasionally players may log out during a scenario due to an ongoing emergency/situation in real life and of course, real life is prioritised.
As mentioned previously, this disconnect log just so happens to be extremely convenient and to put it bluntly, unbelievable. It's a lot like "my dog at my homework"

If you need to disconnect due to IRL things during a scenario, we ask players to take some steps before doing so, if not possible then after once you've found some time again.
Are you able to tell me these steps, and why you did not do any of them?

Hello Danoo!

First of all thank you for responding!
When I first time tried to log in to the server and saw that I got banned, I was littlebit frustrated because I really had bad situation when I logged out of the game.
I should tried to talk someone staff member at teamspeak or discord when I saw that I got banned but I didint. I talked to my friend about this situation that I got banned and he said that its really hard to get unbanned because its in the rules that if you combat log, you will get permanently banned. So maybe thats the reason why I didint tried to send a message about this to anyone. 
I dont really have a reason why I didint contact yall earlier. 
I have been played this server some time now with my friends and I know that theres is not a one server like this in this game. 
I liked this server because it was serious type of playing. Not people running around with guns and shooting everybody or driving top of everybody. 
Peoples were not trolling in this server so it was fun to play.
And as you said it was a really unbelievable situation to log out in that moment, but I told the truth what happened. 
I truly apologize that it was really bad timing for me to log out and it wasnt really the right thing to do but here I am trying to make things right and apologize.

Please tell me the steps you'll be taking.

Hello Danoo!
If I would be in the same situation, the first step I would do is that if im driving, im gonna stop. I would type in /ooc or /me and tell my real life situation and tell that im gonna be back. 
When im coming back, im gonna contact someone in the staff or go to the help center in discord and tell what happened. Another step im gonna take if no one in the staffs arent online, im gonna go to the police station and tell the situation in /me

That would be good thing to do if the same situation is gonna happend (Hypothetically).

( The important thing to do is contact someone in the staff team and tell them what happened! )

Good morning, Robin!

You're close, if you need to disconnect during a scenario for IRL issues there are the following steps you could take:

- Make players around you aware via /OOC or /LOOC - Not using /me as this is a roleplay enhancement
- Open a discord ticket to contact staff, make us aware of the situation so we can note it down

They are 2 very simple steps to follow, and this is all we ask for
Please, do not use /me or go down to the Police station as these are in character solutions. We should not be going to the Police to inform them you're disconnecting since they too are roleplaying and not staff members.

Given your effort, I would like to give you another chance on the server to prove yourself and I hope you have learnt a lesson from this ban/appeal!

Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent taking you right back to the appeals where it will be much harder to convince us you deserve a third chance!
