Reason given for your ban: (C1.6) Community Ban - (G3.5) Character Separation

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello staff and others,

Its been a while since i've been banned and i've thought long and hard about how i'd handle this appeal to hopefully make my way back into the server.
I would firstly like to apologise to the members of police who put their time and effort into making high quality RP and fill in paperwork to make events such as house/container raids possible and for me to tell others whats going on in the police force by not seperating my characters properly is just disrespectful and ruins the RP for everyone involved.
So going on with my 2 ban reasons.

Firstly the (G3.5) Character Separation ban - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character.

This rule is set in place so that players with both a character in the police force and a criminal one wouldn't have any advantages for themselves or be able to tell friends about what is going on in the police force or vice versa.

RPUK is one of the first servers I ever joined and eventhough you have to read the rules and agree with them I hardly did, bringing me to the situation I'm in now.
I used information from my police character on Robert because I didnt think the situation through which is looking back so stupid its almost laughable...
My reasoning was that if I name my characters with the same last name I could just say my family member told me the information. This is ofcourse just stupid because my characters are not physically able to meet each other seeing as I play both.

The second reason I got was (C1.6) Community Ban - The Staff Team may remove any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues. - Permanent Ban.

This rule is set in place so that players can feel safe while playing this server and to make sure the community stays clear of people with ill intent. (DOXers, Racists, Homophobes, etc...)
I would firstly like to mention I'm none of the people I listed above, the reason I got this ban is because of offering money to the server.
I didn't mean for it to come over as a bribe, I was merely trying to ask a question because I've seen other servers offering unbans for a certain amount of money. If I knew it wasnt possible I wouldn't never asked, I meant it in a way as like the Donation Goal of 300GBP.

Why should we unban you ?: I've been banned for quite some time now and I would love to see what has come from this server in the almost year I've been gone, meeting my old friends, playing the server again and just overall try to have a possitive impact on the server with my Roleplay experience.
As I've mentioned that I am very sorry for breaking the rules and negatively impacting the story lines of other players, I will never do this again and try to stay out of staffs vision and only try to get possitive feedback from others.

There is a lot more regarding this that you are either one, Trying to keep aside in case we don't bring it up or simply an attempt to downplay what you actually did. Looking over everything I do have to say it's not a good look. 

In relation to 1.6 Bans, These aren't something we give out lightly. So lets go over everything you did, Whilst yes you have brought up two things, You missed everything you did whilst trying to evade your ban and comments you made.

Hello Stuart, thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
Firstly I want to say, my intentions are only to tell the full truth because I know by lying it will not help my situation so from here on out I will answer everything truthfully.

- Donating money. Yes I did offer a member of staff money to get myself an unban on this server, it was wrong and very stupid. I dont know why I wanted to twist my own words with this reason but it will not happen again.
Bribing staff members is one of the most stupid things I tried to do and I will never try it again, hopefully if I do get let in I wont even have to ever be back on this section of the forums. 

Then yesterday another big mistake I made came back to mind.
While I was angry and chatting with staff I called a member of staff a 'nonce' the awful meaning of this word was not taking in to consideration while in my fit of rage.
These fits of rage will not reoccur on this server because iam now on medication and after getting released from prison a week and a half ago I am a different man now to whom I was before my sentence.
I want to sincerely apologise to this person and if this certain staff member which I do not recall the name of would like to get in a call with me, I will happily apologise that way and do let me know.

Going further I will answer every question asked truthfully and try to not waste any more of your time.

Well it's good to hear that you are getting your life back on track in that aspect! Always helpful within our personal lives and moving forth with a clearer head ect. Now in relation to what you said to other staff, You we're even like this towards a member of the community also, So in total three people. 

Since you have mentioned you will be honest moving forth, Explain why you tried to get around your ban and in turn what lead to you being given a community ban?

Hello again Stuart,

I really loved the city and at that point in time I had nothing else outside of the city. My life wasn't too eventfull so I spent multiple hours EVERY SINGLE DAY, I am talking 16hours days sometimes. 
I wanted to do everything I could to get back into the server including paying a staff member. This is where the 1.6 really got issued and made it 10x worse...
Looking back at this its very wrong and if I could,  I wouldve taken it all back and took some time off to appeal a month later.

Whilst yes you may of enjoyed your time here your actions lead to a lot of issues and punishments as a whole didn't they. Now looking over your history since you have been with us you have quiet a handful of rule breaks that I'll pop below so you can understand fully; 

The warnings you hold are the following; Warning for NVL, Then bans; C1.14, G3.1x2, G2.3, G2.4, G3.5. Looking over all the previous punishments most are in relation to you using ooc information, Character separation. What I mean by this is there have been many times you have been on other characters you hold, The one that was given life, Cop, Other Crim who went to prison and multiple times you used said information from other characters to the one you we're playing on at the time. 

I'll pop something here so you have a good understanding of what I mean that relates to this current ban, You we're in prison and there we're other people there, Now during this time you decided to offer the others a way out of prison due to (Your cousin) in your own words that would let them out. Upon being pressed asking if you worked there you did mention one of your (Cousins) was a police officer. There have been many other times like this, Such as you willing to go down the path of using information from one character to get your own way and to make others playtime worse due to you breaking the rules.

Now the C1.6 was given to you one day after your last appeal was denied for three months for you trying to buy your way back in, However after this you attempted to evade your C1.6 ban and attempt to cause more issues by what you did on discord towards members of the community and the staff team. Overall it's a very poor look as I mentioned above. Having a look into all your punishments as a whole and what happened in every situation that lead to a ban I'm not confident at this time to allow you a chance to return due to the multitude of issues you have caused for the community as a whole. 

So where does that leave us, Can you ever appeal? Indeed you can however a cooldown will be placed on yourself of 6 months. This means you will need to wait out this time before you may appeal this ban and we will go from there, You may make a new appeal on or after June 10th 2023. I'd suggest you take this time to reflect on everything you did and work on this moving forth, As if this is a common thing that happens it won't help in the long run. I do wish you all the best with what you have going on IRL and we will see you in June should you wish to appeal then.
