In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I phased through a wall in the police station to sit in a chair.

Why should we unban you ?: I feel like the ban was unfair as I didn't get any sort of warning and I got a straight permanent ban out of the sever, this is the only server I enjoy playing and I think I shouldn't have been permanent banned without at-least a warning or a week ban, now I know the mistake I made I will never commit this again and play by the server rules and not go against them, I realize I exploited but at the time I didn't know and now I am aware of it I will never do this again, I would just really appreciate a second chance with this server as I have loved the past few days on it.

oh yeah i posted a photo on tweedle in the station and thats it yeah i think i couldve done it twice i cant remember

Look, I will give you one chance to change your story here. Tell me exactly what happened leading up to your ban.

i will admit i posted multiple photos on tweedle and was phasing through the wall, i also got in a police car round the back of the station but at no point did i vdm anyone, the only thing i did was post photos and phase through the wall at the station, nothing else occurred.

Well, I gave you a chance. Looking at these ban notes, you haven't mentioned a good chunk of what happened here. Namely, arguing with someone then getting angry and ramming their car at full speed, getting hurled out of the window and getting up like nothing happened. then spending a good deal of time just running around people in the area calling them "pussy holes" to then return to the PD and perform this exploit. 

I suggest trying to appeal again when you decide that you want to tell the full truth. Until then:
