In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for exploiting and money transferring. In order to get rich fast.

Why should we unban you ?: Before I begin my appeal I just want to take the moment to apoligise for the lack of effort I had put in to my previous appeals. It's been 9 months since I was last in the city and during this time I realised that I may not be able to join back due to the disruption I have caused. However I am appealing for the fact that this sever is the best I've ever played. I'm sorry for taking advantage and abusing exploits. Instead of stopping when I was told I decided to do them again and again until I got here. These exploits only benefited me and that's all I cared about I didn't think about others and how unfair it was. I was to ignorant to follow the rules which are in place for a reason. In all honestly I just wanted to get as much money as I could without doing it legit. Since trying other servers I feel that the community is no where near as good, In this city I met great people and built strong relationships with people I still talk to. I'm hoping for another opportunity to prove that I will take my character seriously in the city and to make a fun roleplaying experience for others. Thank you!

Instead of stopping when I was told I decided to do them again and again until I got here.

Who had told you to stop exploiting & transferring items between characters?

I was pulled out by an admin and warned that my actions would get me banned. After that conversation with him I decided that I was going to stop. However I think that the negative toll I caused was to serious for me to stay in the city. Therefor I was banned, rightly so.

How can I trust you again on the server knowing that you've already disregarded the Staff Team?

I believe it was just me being ignorant, Although I really did enjoy the roleplay I also wanted money fast, it didn't matter what I did or how I did it. But I can see how doing this can affect the way you should play. These servers aren't all about getting money. It's about roleplaying and having fun. I really do apologise for being uncared for to the staff team. I'm hoping for another chance to prove how serious I can be and how passionate I will be for characters story in the city.

You were banned on 27/06/22, unbanned on 28/06/22

Got banned again 3 days later, 01/07/22, for transferring money. You were unbanned 06/07/22.

You then got banned 6 days later, 12/07/22, for combat logging. You didn't appeal that until 2023, and were unbanned 16/01/23.

You played on Alfie Jones on-and-off throughout February, then you made your current "main" character 10/03/2024. You played for a month, before breaking the rules again and getting banned a second time for transferring money on 02/04/24, less than a month after you started playing again.

You don't care, Rigzy. You're happy to cheat for your own gain, damn anyone else. Staff have already given you so many chances and so much time, but every time you return, you end up banned within a few days to a month at maximum. Your appeal isn't even great given your history, I've already put more effort into this one reply than the entirety of your appeal this time around, showing your level of care.

I'm sick of it, the staff are sick of it. Playing here is a privilege, not a right, and your 4 bans despite you only really playing the server for a month pretty much says it all. You have 408 total sessions here, and 4 bans.

I'm not happy to have you back given your history, because we're going to end up right here in this spot again. You've actually broken G2.9 3 times, because you were previously warned and given an opportunity to stop.

You stated, in your first appeal for the original breach of G2.9 in 2022:

I wouldn’t want to exploit the game and be banned again.

Yet you did.

I also don't want you to exploit the game and be banned again, so I'm not going to give you that opportunity.

This door will remain closed for the foreseeable future, Rigzy.
