In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned combat logging but i also believe it was due to how i acted and conducted myself in the rp scenario because of my anger and temper had gotten the better of me and i decided to quit and discarded the rules but after taking a break and reflecting back I now realise that the thing that made me angry was i had a bad day on the server as i had been scammed for my money and then i was trying to make some money back and was stopped by the police and it tipped me but what i didn't realise was its all RP even the bad bits

Why should we unban you ?: I'd like to get back on the sever and play with my friends again ove the holidays i didn't think i would miss the server as much as i do but i have played other servers recently and they don't feel the same or have the same vibe or the same great people and community and i would just like to be a member of that community again to have fun and hopefully meet some new people laugh and make new friends and it is my first and only offence and a stupid mistake that won't be made again, i believe in second chances and I'm just asking to be granted one

So... After breaking our server rules, you decided to break our trust by lying to us in your own appeal.

You are lucky the only cooldown you had to wait, was our usual 'one month cooldown' which is applied on 'Combat Logging' bans. 
So the game didn't go your way, you got frustrated and quit. You then attempted to cheat your way back with a lie - I'll be honest with you, @reganjai0102- Your history, albeit fairly short, does not paint a pretty picture...

As much as we believe in second chances as well, no all are deserved one. 
Tell me, why exactly should we give you one?

I lied as a lousy attempt at redeeming myself not even thinking about that you would have video footage or some form of evidence and I have tainted my credibility by doing so but if I didn’t want to come back I wouldn’t be here right now typing this message in fact I wouldn’t be if I had just complied with the rules and taken my punishment which looking back on would have been a lot less severe than the current situation but like they say hind sight is a bitch But the ban was no shock as I expected to be punished for my behaviour and attitude for how I acted and disrespected the staff and officer the ban was a wake up call and a relisation that I just want to play on the server and stay out of trouble. I can’t make excuses I have to face facts and if what I have done is worth of a permanent removal from the server for the better of the community then so be it but I will plead until coming back isn’t and option

I'm going to offer you a second chance, but it'll come with certain strings attached.
As per our 'Fair Bans System' (You can read more about it HERE), you'll be returning from a Permanent ban, as of such; Any ban within 6 months will also be permanent.

In addition is this:
Any Community Rule ban (Prefix C) within the next year (Until 20/12/2023) that requires an appeal, will come with an automatic 3-month 'Appeal Cooldown'.
Any GTA RP Rule ban (Prefix G) within the next year (Until 20/12/2023) that requires an appeal, will come with an automatic 1-month 'Appeal Cooldown'.
