Why do you think you were banned: I got banned for combat logging after I finished a roleplay where I got into a scenario where they killed and dump me somewhere far. At that moment I had something come up when I was on the computer so I decided to close the game. Unfortunately that came out real bad for me because I broke the rules which I shouldn’t never do that. It created a rule breaking matter and I kind of “cheat” my way out of it hoping that I could login the next day and try to play again but I witnessed that I got banned. I underestimated the server in that way.
Why should we unban you: Well basically to make the story short I already opened a unban appeal before but I got denied due the fact that I didn’t put any effort and I told that I learned my lesson. Staff decided that I didn’t put any effort in to the appeal and I understand that. I should’ve made my self clear and explain and say things much better before starting an appeal.

But to make my story short I’ve joined the server like 2-/+ years ago and I tried to play it but I didn’t like it + had no time because of real life responsibilities I had. More then 2-3 months ago I started to play real serious and put some serious hours in to it try to learn the role play and server and I quite liked it. I enjoyed it allot. I had some issue with an other player which that person reported me for some matter but I got away with it with a warning because it was a big story. So the warning was already there. The server already warned me before. I was thankful that I could stay in the server

Unfortunately with my behavior and no thinking I decided to break another rule again which it wasn’t my intention but I just reacted in a quick matter which I couldn’t help myself with it. I was in a middle of a roleplay where I got killed and they dumped me. (I didn’t log off/combat log right away when it happened tho) so I tried to call the NHS but it was quite late in the city so there weren’t any NHS around so I couldn’t take my patience to respawn again so I decided to close the game. The next day I want it to come back and I saw I got banned for it. Stupid actions of mine…

Since I got banned I left it alone for more then a month just to have a pause for myself playing in the city because I spend a lot of hours in to it. So the pause was kind of nice to have to be honest. Not because to be away of fiveM but more for myself just to learn more about the server. I’ve been looking at the forums and sections quite a while and I’ve been reading the rules aswell trying to understand more how the server works. I checked some ban appeals, some reports about other players so I could compare it with mines. And what I did was quite stupid to do I figured.

Did I learn my lesson?
Yes I do. I’ve learned that not everything works when I want to. I’ve accepted how the server works so I had to stick to the rules and wait out till I bleed out instead of combat logging and give it another shot the next day. That doesn’t work like that. NHS will be there if they can if not it’s the risk you take when you are in this server by just bleeding out and go on. I should’ve bleed out and then log out. Those 15 minutes had to be accepted no matter what happened in my real life at that moment. I take full responsibility.

Why do we need to unban you?
I want to ask the server and forums for one more chance to proof yall that I can be the best and follow all the exact rules and not breaking them anymore. I enjoyed playing and doing the roleplay with other people and I miss doing that. I would love to make some more awesome times and proof to staff that I can behave and follow the rules.

Well I was thinking about that later when I got banned actually. I should’ve use the OOC but at that moment I didn’t think about that at all. I reacted in a selfish matter. But to be honest I didn’t think somebody would be online because it was really late. I can be wrong I’m not sure

Because when I called for them I waited like 2-3 minutes before I closed the game. I was sure at that moment that NHS wasn’t there. I can be wrong aswell. Like I said before I reacted in a selfish matter. And because of that it got me banned unfortunately…
And mostly (what I always witnessed) at a late time NHS is not around. I had some luck once where I crashed with my bike at a super late time where I got incapacitated and I called for NHS and they came in 5 minutes. There were a duo. Such nice people. Forgot their name. Man and a woman. Was thankful because of that. Had some important stuff with me aswell.
I should’ve just wait longer or accepted the fact that NHS weren’t around or use OOC or bleed out. I had to accept the consequences

No I’ve not. I always got lucky in that matter. I always died or crashed where NHS was always around or I got randomly spotted by another individual who was nice enough to bring me to Pillbox.
But I remember once when I played the server for the first time, (online friend of mine introduced me to fiveM and the server) I check out everything played a bit where I got to a moment where I crashed / died somewhere and I didn’t understand anything about the timer whatsoever. (I was streaming also for my friend on discord) so I wanted to close the game which my friend repeatedly said to not do that because I would break a rule and get banned for it. I was confused about what he was saying. But that was in the beginning where I didn’t know much about it at all. It was my first time being on the server. Were talking about 2+/- years ago.

Hello there @RayDunlan , I hope you are well.

While we appreciate the effort you have put into your appeal, we do not appreciate being lied too.
Stating that you have not combat logged before is simply not true, as you have done it not too long ago on a different character as well.

I suggest you try and appeal again in one month´s time, after the 19/07/2024, and be honest about every instance of you breaking this rule and anything else I may find in the logs in the meantime.
