In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: There was an argument/brawl where someone I had recently met was involved. The person I met, which I found out his in game name is "Charlie", started attacking the opposing side instantly without a valid roleplaying reason. The opposing side started to attack me along with Charlie as they thought I was with him and we was killed with pistols. Whist we was on the floor Charlie made some bold and possibly offensive claims towards the opposite side. Charlie was then taken to the hospital by some other players and I was left on the floor until I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: As Charlie was taken away before me I believe the opposing side mistakenly accused me of the wrong doing when in fact it was the other player. Since being on the server I have had no problems with bans or warnings as I like to abide by the rules. Although my ban appeal length is 6 months I was advised by an admin named Xiao to appeal early. I will also ensure any language that you think i may of used will not be used by me if you allow me back on your server. Hopefully you can understand the mistake and i can continue to be a good asset to your community.

Good afternoon @Bowen Orion

Firstly, I would like to state that I was banned without any proof or evidence and to be frank I still don't understand why I was banned. I was banned for the reason C1.2 (Discrimination) and I am against any form of discrimination and believe I was mistaken for someone else. Once again I know there is no evidence to that I did any of this as I follow the rules and I didn't break any rules. I hope you can understand and solve the situation promptly.

You were banned with plenty of proof, the proof was that you were watched by a staff member while doing it. So we will try this again, care to tell the truth?

The proof is that it was witnessed by a staff member. I am not interested in you trying to pretend that you didn't do it. I am interested in you taking responsibility for your actions and explaining them.

I would take responsibility if I actually done it. I am certain that it wasn't me and and I know I was mistaken for the other player. I also think the situation would be resolved by now if I talked to the staff member that banned me. He, by the sounds of things, saw the incident take place and I believe he may understand what happen if he heard a different perspective on things.

Having spoken to the staff member in question they have confirmed to me that it was indeed you. Clearly you aren't yet ready to tell the truth. Please reapply when you are ready to.
