In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i had two characters on my FIVEM , one is my new account and the other one got broken due to my owndoing - Joe Rickster which i deleted due to below reasons ,
the reason being i am still fairly new to the city i stupidly misread the self exclusion of the casino due to my dyslexia , witch after MY PARTNER opening a ticket we found to be irreversible , so i decided to basically to remake the same rp character as i didnt want to end this here so this enabling me to reuse the casino and delete the old one so i would ideally only have 1 playable character and honestly reearned my skills and i was unaware at the time of the G2.9 rule and and also my self at this time so transferred silly items through the means of my girlfriends vehicle boot to the new Joe rickster account and then repicked them up on my new account this was very little to be fair althought not the point at all but i did delete the previous account as was no bad intentions just due to losing the fuctionality of the casico was where it began, we where just trying to gain access to the casino again and actually thought we where following the correct means however this completely back fired on me and instead i lost all accsess and got my girlfriend banned in the process and other i had already deleted

Why should we unban you ?: because of my reading skills i stupidly brushed over the rules resulting in me not correctly following them i understand why they are in place and the importance of being fluent with the rules so if i was given the oppertunity to come back to the server i would make sure no futher rule breeches ocuured as a result of not following them correctly and i will ensure that i am fully aware of them and what each means and to take better care when in game promts are on screen to stop myself ending up in situations like this in future if given said chance to reenter the city

In your next reply, please quote the rule you broke, and explain it in your words why we have that rule in place and why said rule is important to have.

With this ban, you automatically gain a player wipe, this being inventory, items gained, cars. 
You will still remain your RP knowledge of yourr contacts, friends, but will start freshly wiped. 
Given you only have one character, it will be Joe Rickster that receives the wipe, the other character will remain deleted. 
Do you agree?

good evening, yes am good thanks yourself?

 (G2.9)  Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

the rule is there so its a makes it a fair and enjoable roleplay game for everyone in the server and well common sense more now when i look at it you  as cant physically in the real world have two people the same who you exsist as you and transfer between the two bodys in real life so whats the diffrence when it comes to role play... doing things like this takes away the whole idea of the role play its self as it ruins the experince for all including my self ..i do now looking back understand this however as a spur of the moment resolution i ran with it and well ended up in here pleading my case to be unbanned  

The things a transfered to the best of my knowledge where a radio, phone £300 i think around about anyway .. 6 fruit smoothies 8 repair kits , a yellow cleaning cloth, plastic bags and possibly my knife  a can't remmber the other things they were just everyday items - this is to the best of my abilty as i cant 100% remeber now what it actually placed into my pockets on the day.

i agree to the player wipe and other remaining deleted also as tbh there was nothing much on the newly made account  apart from the above, it was only made that day for the casino issue and understand this is mandatory as part of the rule break i occured.

Hello, sorry for the late reply, been a busy bee. 
I thank you for your honesty and trying to recall as much as you transferred over. 

What is the lore behind Joe Rickster, what are his goals, weaknesses, what are your plans with said character?

Joe originated in west California as an orphan however he left at the age of 25 to go to los santos seeking to become one of the biggest drug dealers in the city he had very high hopes although he still has a long way to go ..  hes met a few contacts and friends along the way and even a Smart girlfriend ; however he’s still currently learning the ropes in the city he works on the side as a taxi man .. he’s still working his way up the ladder in the drugland and hopes to hopefully move in to a new house or apartment with his girlfriend soon.. on the basis he’s permitted back as he’s currently on holiday to Glasgow at uni at the moment Hoping to improve on his reading listening-skills hopefully he will come back a new man
