Reason given for your ban: C3.0

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: with reading through the forums and its the rules the C3.0 rule states that, I was promoting over servers and cities within the community

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be no longer banned for the reason of that I have not played within the city neither interreacted with the server since November 13th 2022 since getting a new job and haven't had anytime with the game. unless you could give me any viable evidence for this ban I would understand the reason for it, thank you for your time and consideration reading through this appeal.

You've contacted members of this community via DM's out of nowhere without any context and began advertising links to other GTARP communities.
Does this refresh your memory at all? 

 
no it does not i have not been active at all unless my discord account was compromised

 
Good evening @Papi_Dieso, it definitely was not compromised. 

4th July 2023, you had sent a DM with a link to another GTA RP server.
When responded to asking why, you had said "new rp server", "it's good". 

 
Im sorry, I truly do not remember this. that is the case well it it what it is and Iam sorry and regreful for this altercation with breaking the rules and ofcourse wasting your time, if there is a way to possibly undo the ban I would be truly thankful. I would be willing to start fresh and erase the past characters. I do understand if there is nothing else to do from here.

To add to this I have re red the rules and was the message through a private dm or did I put it with the discord server or does it apply to both

It was indeed within DM's, however no context beforehand. Was this the only member you had sent things like this to?

Apologies you've been caught up in this ban, it now explains your confusion. 
I can see your brother has attempted appealing this ban before, and you do indeed share the same IP.

I have made some changes to this ban, and you should now be able to reconnect to the server.
