In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Combat Logging

Why should we unban you ?: I was banned for combat logging, I was bleeding out and I had to go do something in IRL.


I believe I should be unbanned because this one was a miss understanding I and an emergency to deal with then so I had to go right away I fully understand the rules when your bleeding out you must wait for the 15min timer then respawn. If it even possible could the timer be lowered, or do I need to put that in a recommendation area ?

But i am really sorry for what's happened in the pass I would like it if I was allowed back in the city if the team could wipe my player, as I've been let off way too much and I think its best that i get some sort of long term punishment as well as I've had y to wait 6 month ban. I know I have a record of warnings and bans but I truly want to come back as this is the only good server out there. I've tried so many and they don't match the same skill and fairness as roleplay puts in.

So we've gone from "Admin banned me with no proof and I didn't do anything" to, "miss understanding I and an emergency to deal with"

How comes the story has changed and you suddenly remember what happened?

I've had a long time to think about what's happened and got my head around things. I understand you probably don't believe me which is understandable as well. I also think we got off on the wrong foot too Danoo. I would like to start off by saying sorry to you first of all for how I've been when truly you've been trying to get to the bottom off it all and make a trusting out come. 

I didn't want to tell complete strangers my private life but it looks like it's come to that to try come back to the city. 

I am sorry for not telling the truth right away but hopeful you can understand too about having a private life.

I'm glad you've managed to remember the situation after having a think about it all. We do not under any circumstances expect you to begin explaining your personal life to us as that's none of our business. 
If you are to disconnect in game for real life issues (Log out whilst in a situation, log out whilst downed) there are certain steps we ask players to follow, are you able to tell me what those are?

Hi Danoo,

I've had a quick too over the rules again I believe following the rule I broke (C2.3) it says " We do suggest you attempt to re-join the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)."

If you don't mind Danno what does it mean by  (try messaging them with the mobile system first). 
Does this mean contact a member of staff on Discord ? or the in game mobile phone ? 

If it is though discord sorry I didn't make a ticket I had a lot going on then, but doesn't excuse my action just by disconnecting and not following the Roleplay ways. 

I hope you can accept my apology

Good evening @Ozkii,

If players are in need of disconnecting due to real life issues, all we ask if for the following:

- Make other players aware around you via OOC methods
- Open a discord ticket to make staff aware that you're disconnecting due to XYZ

There's not an awful lot we ask, but it would save the entirety of this appeal.

Moving on, is there anything else you may have done whilst banned from this server that you'd like to confess? 

 
Hi Danoo,

Thank you for giving me that bit of information.

 I came back into the city and wanted to start all over again as I believed my player has so much negativity associated with him that I would just bring the small attention to me. 

I just want to come back into the city as a new person and have no issue towards me and get a really good role play going for my new player.
 I understand when you want people banned you want them out of the server until they have thought about what they have done properly.
I have no words to excuse what I did, I just wanted to come back and try to make a decent roleplay for my player. 

But once again Danoo I'm really sorry for what I've done and would like to show you by coming back and making a really good role play for my new player I'm wanting to start.

To show I'm really sorry and show I should be punished for what I've done I would like it if its possible that all my players are wiped for good and I start all over again.

From looking at the other Account MRGonzalezUwU I was banned for the same thing due to the 15 min timer and I said I was going to respawn once I had the time. 
from what you have said to me the past two days helps me and shows me how hard it really is as a admin keeping on top of things. 

I did say I would make a ticket but sometimes its too late you open a ticket to explain by then I've been banned and I'm told I should of been quicker in writing a ticket.
I was truly unable to wait the 15min timer then at that point as I didn't know what the time was then I was running late for something  ion IRL.

I'm hoping you can understand the misunderstanding that has happened  with this all Danoo.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but you're telling me whilst you've been banned there has been an attempt from you to connect with another account and ban evade?
