Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for the reason they stated "Combat logging and Lying to staff"
These both are incorrect and I've had 2 tickets with the staff where's there been many different things said from both ends

So ill walk through the story of events, I had quite a few crashes due to me having a pretty shit PC at the time I not long ago upgraded was worth the money anyway so yeah I had a string of crashes and this wasn't the first time neither and this was whilst I was fighting in a situation I got hit by a car and it just completely fucked up my game, I made this clear in the first transcript so an admin came to me and we had a discussion I sent him a screenshot of what he exactly asked for then after I'd given him what he asked for I deleted my logs, crashes and cache folders due to having low storage on the system I also made this clear, He then asked for me to show him the folders of my crash folder which I couldn't do, If I knew he would have asked for me to screenshare the folder originally that would have been fine or if he would have lead with that then we would have never been in this situation, Anyway after this we were done with the situation and I was free to continue with RP then randomly a few hours later I was punished for Combat logging due to him stating "He got a second pair of eyes to look at the situation"

I want to point out one of the admins Phoenix claimed "You should know a screenshot of logs existing isn’t much help" If this is the case why is this initially what OneShot would have asked for if it isn't much help? It seems they are contradicting themselves

Also in the 2nd ticket they claimed I send a picture from my logs folder instead of crash folder so I had sent a screenshot to show that my files show completely different to what they're claiming

"Unfortunately, due to the evidence you provided was lacking, a ban was placed"
I just want to reiterate the fact that if they needed more extensive evidence in the first place why wouldn't they get me into a call and ask me to screenshare? Wouldn't that have solved all the problems that way they would have straight up seen the crash folder and wouldn't have had any reasons to place a punishments

Now you say that your PC crashed, lets run with that for the time being. You were shot 17:10:28 and disconnected 17:10:31, if your PC did in fact crash then why did you not make anyone including staff aware via any OOC methods? And when loading back in at 17:37 why was there no OOC message to the people that was involved in that situation with you trying to explain what had happened?


You sent a message in LOOC chat at 18:27 saying "2 secs mate popping toilet", you have also made tickets about issues. So you are clearly aware that there is an OOC, LOOC chat and a ticket system. Why was this not used at the time of this situation?

In my screen I was hit by a car and that just fucked everything up, Also yeah that part was an issue on my end I said that to OneShot that I should have reached out and that was my problem I'm not denying that but I'd never been in a situation where this has happened to me so yeah I should have reached out to the people involved, Which OneShot did do for me and I did say we can go back to the situation but the people involved didn't want to.

Also if you're stating yeah I did later at 18:27 use OOC then yeah that's because I leant to use it after OneShot told me to make sure to do so in future

I am finding this very hard to believe considering you have sent a total of 195 messages in the OOC chat for many different reasons including going AFK, this is including OOC and LOOC. So you are well aware on how to use the chat system.

In fairness if you also go through all my "OOC chat" you will realise the majority of it was me using it wrong to be honest with you, I also got told of for using it wrong on occasions so I did try to stay away from using the chat, And to your question I just didn't think to use it honestly and that's where I said that's my issue to OneShot and that's why I was happy to continue the situation and this can be seen on his POV I never had a problem with that, End of the day it was my issue it wasn't their fault, I also spawned in the server alive saying as though I apparently "died" goes to show that I was having issues with the server, And I will say I should have contacted them in discord because I had to do that before pretty sure my game crashed whilst in a police car but that got sorted and I got my time, I was just too busy trying to get on the server stably but I should have reach out

You are correct with being "told off" (as you say) for misusing the OOC chat, this kick for misusing the chat was 29/12/2023, after that kick you came back and continued to misuse the OOC chat. You have have continued to use/ misuse this chat every day since this kick (give or take a few days for not being on the server them days). Now that doesn't seem like someone "trying to stay away from it" does it?

Not only have you tried to say that you didn't know how to use it, you have tried to now say that you tried not to use it due to "not using correctly". Your story seems to change when presented with information that counteracts your argument. Based on this how can I know you are telling me the truth on your PC crashing? On your own record you had 5 other disconnects since your "pc crashing"/ combat logging and all of them are showing a clear cut exit.

You are someone who is well aware of the chat and ticket system and how/ when to use it. Please tell the truth on your next appeal.
