Why do you think you were banned: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)
Why should we unban you: Let me just start off by saying how very sorry I am it had to go this way; I feel I messed it up, and I take all the responsibility. I never wanted to break any rules or disrupt anyone's RP experience, and in retrospect, I feel really bad about how I handled the situation.

That night, we were in the middle of robbing a group when someone ran up. One of their guys took off despite being held at gunpoint, which I saw as clear NVL (No Value of Life). In the moment, I genuinely thought he was going to come back to reinitiate or interfere, so I reacted. To make things worse, I got flustered and jumbled my words, saying, "Get out of the car," when I was trying to say, "Get off the bike with your hands up." Now it seems that I acted too fast, and I should have stepped back and properly role-played rather than using violence.

Since my ban, I’ve taken the time to reflect and talk to friends who have given me solid RP advice. I understand now that no matter how intense things get, panic-shooting is never the right approach. I should have slowed down and created a better roleplay scenario instead of jumping the gun—literally. Moving forward, I’ll make sure to focus on RP first, even in high-pressure situations.

I also would like to recognize that recently, I was unbanned, and for that alone, I am thankful. All this makes that mistake even frustrating, as now I do not want to seem to be breaking any rules whatsoever. I just really love the server, having great friends on here, which will make not wanting to mess things up.

I completely understand if you feel like I don’t deserve another chance, but I hope you can see that this was never intentional. I’ve learned from it, and I just want the opportunity to show that I can be a better roleplayer. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I really do appreciate it.

I am confused to why the clip is relevant to this?

I am also disappointed, you waited and pushed for such a long time to be unbanned, then not even 20 days later you get yourself banned again.

If you were to be given another chance what would be different? Would it be thrown in our faces again?

Thanks for taking the time to review my appeal. I completely understand what i have done about my roleplay quality in that situation, I realize that i could make better RP in that scenario by giving that other player more time to respond.

Since my ban, I've taken the time to go over the server rules again. and if i'm given another chance. i will be more focused to create better RP rather makin the shot like i did, My goal is to contribute positively to the community and to not do same mistakes like what i did.

i really appreciate your consideration and i hope for you to let me prove myself.

I appreciate the opportunity to explain. in 20 days i played on the server, i was focused on developing my character and gettin involved with to many different roleplay situation. I spent time meeting new people and ofcourse i was happy to see again my old friends in there.

I was involved in to many different RP scenarios, inlcudin business deals, social interactions and occasional conflicts. However i now understand that i could do better in some situations, especially the one that led to my ban.

Looking back, i recognize that is to make high quality roleplay to be more enjoyable for everyone involved. if i ever have another chance, i will make sure to not do the same mistakes, to be more patient in my interactions.

I appreciate the follow up. Durin my time on the server, i was involved in some RP scenarios. I spent time making new connectoins and reuniting with my old friends and my goal was to develop my character in a way to fit into the server's roleplay environment.

However i recognize that i could have approached certaion situations differently. if i had another chance i would focus more on improving my patience in roleplay and not put too much pressure on myself. i would also want to make high quality RP to everyone who is around me, to make it more enjoyable.

Since my ban i have taken time to re-read the server rules and to fully understand them, if i'm allowed back i will make sure to not to the same things what i did.

i completely understand your concerns and it's fair to not just blindly trust what i have said. To clarify, I know that i already had a second chance. and i take full responsibility for the mistakes that led to my ban both the first and second time.

This time i have taken a step back to reflect on what i did wrong and how can i improve myself so that i don't repeat my past mistakes.

re-read the server rules to fully understand what is expected of me.
reflected on my RP approach and that i need to be more patient and to avoid situations that could lead to poor-quality RP.
learned from my mistakes and understand that if i were to make another misstep,i likely wouldn't get another opportunity. That alone is enough motivation for me to be more mindful of my actions.

If i am given another chance, i will make sure to make good RP and work to ensure my roleplay adds to the server's environment in a positive way. I don't wanna be someone who just takes the opportunities for granted, I want to prove that i can do better.

I appreciate the effort that you have gone in to here and to showing your remorse but I also have my concerns about this appeal.

I won't give a cool down on this so please appeal when you think the time would be right but we are not ready to welcome you back as of yet.
