Why do you think you were banned: I got banned because I used OOC the wrong way and was mean to the staff. I know it’s 100% my fault, I was out of my mind that day and wasn’t thinking straight. I regret my actions.

What happened is, I got killed and robbed 3 or 4 times in a row within 1-2 hours because Ballas were beefing with Marabunta, and my house was in the middle of marabunta. I couldn’t even go to my own house because of them. Every time they saw me, they would say racist things and swear at me in Albanian, even saying crazy stuff about my family.

At that point, I lost control and asked for help in OOC. I don’t remember exactly what someone replied to me, but I ended up calling them a “f***ing rat.”(not the staff member) .That’s when I got banned from the server. After that, I texted one of the staff members to try to explain the situation, not knowing it’s forbidden to DM staff in private. I broke another rule there and used bad words on Discord, which got me banned there too.

I know I messed up and regret it all.
Why should we unban you: I know I broke too many rules in one day, but the things they did to me were too much (talking about my family). I really want to apologize to the staff for what happened. I know what I did, and I understand it cost me a lot. I truly want another chance. I’ve changed, and if I ever get another shot, I’m 100% sure I’ll never do anything like that again.

Since the time I found this server, I never switched to another, I used to play every day for more than 5–6 hours. I miss the server so much, and I’ve taken a long break to reflect. I can’t wait to come back, and I hope you’ll consider my appeal. Thank you.

I've been looking through your OOC logs and have found that you very often complain in OOC about the staff not helping you with "bugs" that cause you to die, even after being told to clip it and make a ticket. Why do you continuously do that knowing the answer already?

You also appear to have disconnected a few times while downed and connect back shortly after, can you tell me about that?

That was before my new PC. I found out that my old PC caused these kinds of bugs, like getting under the city multiple times, along with a lot of crashes. I got a new PC before getting banned, and now I understand what was causing the issues. Sorry again for not knowing the cause earlier.
 
That doesn't really help how you act in OOC towards staff, NHS and other players,

Why do you feel the need to have an outburst in OOC when you are dead?

Thank you for taking the time to address these issues i apologize if my actions in OOC have caused any disruption i understand that my outbursts wspecially when im dead were inppropriate and unnecessary but I recognize that it negatively affects the experience for others. moving forard i will be more mindful of my behavior in OOC and ensure i'm contributing positively to the community.

Regarding the disconnections i understand how it could look suspicous i want to clarify that when i was downed and disconnected it was not intentional or meant to exploit the situation my connection sometimes dropped unexpectedly but i always try to reconnect as soon as possibble to minimize any disruption. Additionally i run a private business, so customers would sometimes call me at any time of the day, even after my shift. but i don't have it no more(my business is clossed) and i've recently upgradeed my pc and my internet connection so this issue should no longer be a concern.
I value the opportunity to be part of the server and will do my best to improve my conduct. Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention, and I appreciate your understanding.
 
From what I am looking at, the times you have disconnected while downed was from an "F8 Quit" not due to a "lost connection". Some of them you would connect back a few minutes, an hour or even a day later after disconnecting, is that to reset your timer?

Why didn't you mention any of these disconnects while downed to staff?

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention I understand how the disconnections might appear suspicious especially with the use of F8 Quit I want to clarify that there was never any intention to exploit the situation or reset my timer. In some cases, I used F8 Quit when I encountered connection issues or had unexpected real-life interruptions like business calls. Part of this is that my business was only 5 minutes away from my house by car, so I would sometimes get urgent calls that required my immediate attention. However, I no longer have that business (it’s closed), and as a result, these interruptions will no longer occur. I understand how this could have appeared like I was trying to manipulate the situation, and for that, I apologize.

I should have been more transparent and informed staff about these disconnections earlier and I take full responsibility for not doing so Going forward I will make sure to communicate any such issues more clearly to avoid misunderstandings and to contribute positively to the community.

I really appreciate your understanding, and I will do my best to improve my behavior and communication moving forward. I truly want another chance and I won’t disappoint you.
 
If you think you have been RDMed or died due to a bug how would you go ahead and deal with the situation?
 
If in the future i would have the same situation again i will submit an appeal or a ticket and provide a clip of what happened to me unlike how I handled it in the past

After reviewing your appeal and responses, we have decided to lift your ban. I do appreciate the time you have taken to improve on your actions by learning from other communities, understanding our rules and taking responsibility. You must keep in mind, any more outburst towards anyone in OOC and logging out while downed will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Also, I believe you now know how we work, if you experience any bugs or rule breaks we will need video footage of what happened, please have this sorted before you join the server (for your sake).

We're willing to welcome you back to RPUK under the following conditions:
  1. You must adhere strictly to all Community and Server Rules at all times.
  2. Any violation of server rules within the next 6 months will result in an immediate permanent ban.
We trust that you understand the seriousness of these conditions and are committed to upholding them.
