Reason given for your ban: Ban evading

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think that I was doing something against the rules, probably fleeing from police when I am not allowed to. After that I left the server in trying to not get banned. Hard to remember since it was almost two years ago.

Why should we unban you ?: It is a lesson that I have learnt and I have also looked through the rules to make sure nothing happens again. I didn't think through what I was doing. I really want to start roleplaying on your server again. I understand that my actions were in violation of the server's rules, and I take full responsibility for my mistake. I understand that the ban was a necessary step to maintain the integrity of the server. However, I hope that you will consider lifting the ban and giving me a second chance. I assure you that I will use this opportunity to be a better player and a positive member of the server community.

Let us begin by you quoting rule C1.2 and if we're lucky that will remind you of why you were banned in the first place, once we've done that ill be very interested to hear about the ban evading.

Greetings L1L! Hope you're having a wonderful day.

Rule C1.2 implies that I am not allowed to express any discriminatory or other offensive views, which I completely understand and not sure how I managed to do something harsh like that but I did. I hope you can understand that I am not able to recite word for word about what was said or done. One thing I can tell you though is that I have changed since then and it wouldn't surprise me if some racism or sexism occured. I would like to apologize from the bottom of my heart and can assure that is not me today. About the ban evading, I noticed that I got attention from someone higher up, moderator or someone like that. I tried to evade being banned by leaving the server instead of facing the consequences directly after the incident where I said offensive terms and phrases. Again, I really want to apologize for both behaving completely wrong and trying to not face any consequences from it. Even if I was speaking from my own personal opinions, I should not express myself in that way. I am not racist, sexist or homophobic and I wouldn't say I were before either. This server has brought much joy to me, I really like the community and I wish to spend more time in it.

That´s one way to describe what happened. You called a bunch of people the N-word when you got killed by them after you initiated a scenario that seemed more like trolling than actual roleplay.  Does that ring a bell at all?

I apologize for the late response.

I am having a hard time to recall this exact moment but it sounds like something that I would do but, again, this was me 2 years ago. I am not like that and I can promise you that. What I am seraching for now is just a great community with lots of high-quality roleplay and that is exactly what your server provides with. I apologize for my behaviour but I want to prove to you, that is not me today.

I don’t really understand it myself because I am not racist in any shape or form. I wasn’t racist when this incident occurred either. I would say I did it because I had a lot of feelings that needed to get out of me and it got released at the wrong time and in a very wrong way. I know I said that it is something that I could do at that time but it still surprises me that I did that. I really want to apologise for my actions.

Well, let me say it this way instead. It sounds like something could go through my mind but it surprises me that I would actually take action from the things going through my mind. But like a said before, this is not me today.

 
Why would this go through your mind? Are you just casually racist here and there? Do you use these kind of words in real life?

 
Sorry again for the late response, having it quite stressed with the education.

I can tell you I am NOT casually racist here and there, I am not racist at alla and I have never been. The reason why the incident occured is that I let my feelings get to me and slurs that should not be said, was said. This will never happen again since I know that is wrong and I have changed a lot since the incident. I can control my feelings and even if something gets on my nerves and I fell the need to say something, nothing discriminatory would come out. But of course this wouldn't happen because I can control myself. I deeply apologize for my actions and wish to be brought back to the community that I have missed for a long time.

See, the issue I see here is this...

We all get riled up sometimes and fail to control our emotions. But most people would not jump to racist slurs because they are annoyed at something. If that is what your mind jumps to when you are agitated, then there is something fundamentally wrong, wouldn´t you agree? 

 
I completely agree with what you are saying and that is why I am trying to prove to you that this will not happen again. This was me two years ago and a lot has happened since then. I am a completely different person, in a good way. I would love to be a part of the community again and I can ensure you that all rules will be followed. You will not need to hear about me again, maybe if it is something good.

Now, let´s move on to the ban evading... How many steam accounts do you have access to/own yourself?

 
I have 2 where one is my main with all my games and the other on for gta 5 since I lost my social club account that was linked to my main steam. Sometimes I accidentally use my main steam for fivem because there is no social club to log in to. I only have one account for fivem.

Now, you have been banned for racism with the character Mohammad Islek, yet you are appealing a ban for "ban evading" for a character called Abdi Rakesh. Honesty is key.
