Why do you think you were banned: Hello, so my last unban appeal was denied for not telling the truth, in my last appeal I was 100% truthful and I don't think I have said anything. I don't have a problem with owning up to a thing I have done or said but up to this point both on discord and on the forums I have never been told what it is I have done. During my discord ticket they made it seem like it may have been something I had said about Cypress, in all honesty I like to interact with everyone from Cypress and have never had a bad interaction with any Cypress member in character or OOC. I got banned a month ago so I cant say I have the best memory of all the conversations I had and how they went that day but from my recollection I don't remember saying anything that's against the rules. If I could be told a reason for my ban then I would be happy to apologies and work on doing better in the future or even accept a ban that you guys seems fit but its quite hard making a unban appeal without knowing the reason. I don't mean any disrespect or to be rude by this I'm just genuinely confused.
Why should we unban you: As I said in my previous ticket, I never meant any harm or disrespect. I was banned due to something I have said and if I get the chance to comeback ill make sure to watch my word more carefully in order to avoid a situation like this ever again. If I said anything offensive or something that breaks RP then that was never my intention. My goal is to create good RP and have a fun time and I would never ruin that experience for anyone else on purpose.

You don't remember getting transferred some cars and receiving over 2 million pounds? Or, does it give any hints?

I do remember that. The reason for me receiving those cars and the money was because a very close friend was leaving the city so he transferred me some stuff that I had helped him achieve. One of the cars he gave me was a event car that we won in a racing event a few months back. The reason he gave me the money was because it was money from the gang fund from a gang we tried to start a while back called TRS. I don't think anything in which me or my friend did goes against the rules since it was all roleplayed and we were really close in the city and had a reason for transferring the stuff.

No, he simply just flew in to say his final goodbye before leaving the city, we both got banned right before he was about to log off. I also was going to log off for the day since not to much was going on.

What was the intent behind wanting to buy guns that night, and while claiming this place was a shithole?

I wanted to try and buy some guns because there were some people in the city that were trying to grab me and I didn't have any guns left since I sold them all before I left for my vacation. I called the city a shithole while having a conversation in character and didn't mean that the server is bad it was just my characters venting about his perspective on the in game city to a friend,. Jin (My character) has hated gangs since day one so with all the new gangs around he called it a shithole. nothing I said was meant OOC it was all in character I'm sorry if that broke any rules.

This excuse will not fly, it was very obvious that you and your friend were talking about the server. You said yourself that you are "only in the city to fuck with some people and get into Cypress". Also, if you were not to get in, you wouldn´t stick around.

You are painting a narrative to get yourself out of an unfortunate situation, there is nothing truthful about this appeal either and until you are actually being honest with us, you will not be returning.

You may appeal after 09/06/2025 and try again.
