Why do you think you were banned: i take full responsibility for being out of character and meta gaming but in the report that was made about me it says ive been warned before so the conclusion was a perm ban. this warning was for the situation that got me banned as a admin witnessed the whole situation and he could see both groups were in the wrong, the people that i got into an altercation with wasn't happy with a result of a warning so they made a report and lied about somethings, Eg : they said they were looking for my brother in paleto bay in reality they were looking for me i even changed my clothes because it happen more than once, they kept on doing it i guess to get a reaction out of me (which they did)
Why should we unban you: i take full responsibility for doing what i have done, I'm sorry and I've learnt from my mistakes. its been more than a year now and i think a perm ban is unfair. this was my first actual roleplay server so i didn't really know how to behave but as i said I've learnt from my mistakes and worked on my roleplay in different servers. every time i hop on FiveM i think about this server, it will always have a place in my heart as i made many good memories on the server. if i get one more chance i would be very grateful and i wouldn't break any more rules as ive learnt its very selfish and it ruins the game and RP for others. Let's kick this right off by addressing something

i think a perm ban is unfair

You can think a perm is unfair but when you say multiple things like;
"Fuck off you gay f***ot"
"Go back to your country"
"Foreign cunts"


Bit hypocritical considering, as you stated in your own previous appeal,

Also, for the homophobia my character is from Mexico

You also don't appear very injured in the clips or when staff spectated you.

Then there's the additional metagaming (Using OOC information).

This ban was fair and you've taken responsibility for doing it too.


As you have stated this was your first rp server/experience. Tell me about what you've been up to on other servers?

Now that you put it like that, i see why i got perm ban. I’ll be honest i was very inexperienced in roleplay and didn’t know how to control my anger. My anger got the best of me and thats why i was behaving like that

Recently i started playing a roleplay server called “the 90s”, it’s a server based in 1990s new york. My character is a russian migrant called mikhail petrov and im currently working as a bin man. I dont think the server is for me since its a American server and i live in the UK, thats another reason i like Roleplay.co.uk so much no lag, best roleplay, nice people, good framework and more.

I also played a server called “CMG” sure you’ve heard of it, not the best reputation for roleplay but i try my best to roleplay but that server isn't the best also. Ever since i got banned I’ve been trying to find a UK based roleplay server like Roleplay.co.uk but I’ve had no luck. All of the other servers either lack Roleplay or don’t have alot of players, so i really hope this dispute will result in a unban

If i would get unbanned i would be very grateful and not let the staff team down, I would treat people with respect even if they are in the wrong and I wouldn’t act so careless to others.

Hello there @Officialas , I hope you are well.

While the metagaming in itself already poses a permanent ban, something we do not take lightly here is discriminatory remarks. The things you have said within your little outburst are simply unacceptable and not tolerated in this community.

Therefore I will uphold this ban with a 2 month cooldown on yourself before you can appeal again and I hope you will use this time to reflect and change the way you talk to people in the future.
