Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for metagaming and sharing information OOC. I agreed to trade items from RPUK for items in another city as well as sharing information OOC about rpuk which should have been shared in game.
Why should we unban you: Hey there,
I was banned about 1.5 years ago from a server and community I truly loved being a part of for a lack of care for the rules on my behalf. I started playing the city in 2021 and it was my first experience of roleplay based games online, I found this immersive, and realistic experience enthralling and entertaining beyond the types of games I was used to playing. After being in the city actively daily for a couple years I burnt out and moved to start playing a new city, there, I was offered items in RPUK for items in the new server, due to my casual gamestyle at the time I stupidly agreed to do this, and although it didn't happen, the intention was there. I realise now on reflection after 2 ban appeals that I had not been playing the server for all the reasons that I liked it in the first place; realism, immersion, and balance. This is something I found unique and special about RPUK. I had lost touch with the main reason that I enjoyed the city so much in the first place and truly regret my actions. Metagaming and sharing OOC information ruins the balance and fairness which is the key reason so many people love this server, by not following the rules it ruins the gameplay for others, and it is not my intention to break any rules if given the opportunity.
I think I would be an asset to the community I miss dearly, as my character always aimed to improve peoples experience in the city, from the hardened criminal street racers to the Day 0 citizens with no clue what to do. My aim was always to create, and enhance peoples experience when they interact with me, offer advice, and entertainment to all involved. I very much enjoyed creating parties, events, races, criminal activities, and hope to do so again with a fresh mindset of how the city is intended to be played. I can assure you that I would be a strong asset to the community, and follow the rules as I had done for the prior time leading up to the ban.
