In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Evening,
I was playing in another city whilst taking a break from RPUK, at which point I had been asked in a public discord if anyone was willing to trade items in the new city for money back on RPUK. I stupidly replied to this saying I would sort it out or something along those lines, I no longer have the chat. This was totally against any common sense, as I had disregarded the rules in that moment I had replied.

Why should we unban you ?: I was playing in RPUK for a couple years prior to the ban, and really had a great experience with the multiple groups, and friends I made along the way which I truly miss! I realised I had maybe got burnt out from being in the city, and my care for the rules were also less serious than when I had started. I would love to come back and get back to creating and partaking in great Roleplay situations - I cant believe I threw it away in such a stupid way disregarding the rules so foolishly. I really do enjoy the different elements of RPUK, and the serious nature of how the server runs. I believe I needed the break, and am excited if you'll have me back to pick up where I left off in the Vagos, and continuing my character story in a serious and fun way. Prior to this ban, I had a pretty clean record if memory serves, and would like to continue in that fashion.

Why are you so interested in returning? 
Is this a one time thing? Or have you tried to trade items before? 
If we were to even consider letting you back, how would we know this won't happen again? What have you learned?

Hey Mike, all good thanks and yourself? 

Im interested in returning as after the ban I tried 2-3 other cities and ended up not playing any GTA since, this is due to the fact they could not compete with the level that I was so used to here at RPUK. The quality of long-term storylines, watching peoples characters develop, and seeing how everyone interacted especially the gang-rp was a thrilling experience, almost like a movie at times. I do miss my character, and his multiple roles in the city as a humble dealer making ends meet, a DJ who landed a big job, and a criminal gang member. I am interested in continuing this story.

It was absolutly a one-time thing, I have not tried to trade items before and would obviously not try to do that again. 

I've learn that it is important to protect the community from anything that could jeopardize the balance, specifically the economic inequalty that trading items from different cities might have on the fairness of having a healthy economy. I can guarantee there will be no attempt to metagame or break any other rules that may have a negative impact on any other members of the community. The reputation and strong enforcement of the rules is what makes this city so enjoyable, and I wouldn't come back to tarnish in any way that high level that everyone sets.

I have zero confidence that your intentions with coming back are anything close to ''good''.

You say it was a ''one-time thing'', yet it is blatant and frankly ridiculous that you believe your actions will be forgiven through such a weak appeal. What you've done is the equivalent of sticking your finger up at the whole community. I don't see any reason as to why we should treat your appeal any differently than you did us.
