In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was using a money exploit to get an advantage over everyone else I was mostly using it to gamble but it still doesn't excuse my actions

Why should we unban you ?: I was pretty new to fivem and rp in general and I didn't really think about how it would effect other people playing I think this server is one of the best out there and I wish to get another chance to play I have learnt my lesson and it wont happen again

For someone breaking such serious rules which can cause damage to our communities economy, you've not put much effort into this appeal.

there's not really to much I can say to justify my actions I was a complete idiot at the time and was not thinking about the community I did not see how my actions were affecting other people experience playing the game I should of just played the game as it was intended to be played I should have just worked for the money or roleplayed for it. I see now that my actions at the time do affect other peoples experience I played on this server awhile ago and I really do miss it I think that the staff on this server are among some of the best and whenever I had a problem they helped, Me duping money has betrayed their trust in me I believe I have changed and can be a good person to have in the community once again

I am just asking for a chance to show you I have changed for the better this was past me. I have played on multiple servers since this and I understand why I got banned at the time but people can change and I have changed.

I'd like to ask you, why have you done this? 
Was it to gain an advantage? Was it to get a car / gun / x object faster?  - What was the motive behind this? 

How would we know that this won't repeat itself in the future? It is very difficult coming back from a ban, and even more difficult learning from it and not ending up on the path of bans which barely a few people return from.

I have seen you do a lot of these unban appeals and I trust you can make the right decision whatever the outcome is I've been banned for a while now and I can honestly say I have changed I enjoyed this server when I played on it the people that I had the pleasure of meeting on here were great and I hope to have that chance again the reason at the time I used the exploit I had just been robbed of my entire bank account. I didn't know that was against the rules so I just let it happen so I guess I was angry at the time that I can do all the jobs on the server (at the time I was doing the lorry driving and taxi) so I was annoyed that I worked so long doing them jobs for it to be taken from me. so I started do the exploit in hindsight I should have let the staff know about the exploit. so answering your question I did the exploit to get an advantage over everyone else because I was angry at the time I lost money I think I should of just took it on the chin and said 'hey its just a game and it happens'

I can say that I promise to not do it again I know its difficult to came back from a ban I've been reading through a lot of the appeals and I know my chances are slim coming back I think that since I've been banned I've become a lot more mature and I can be a positive light on the community.

I also want to add even if I'm not unbanned if the exploit has not been patched yet I want to help solve it so other people cant do the same mistake I did abusing an exploit like the one I did can be very harmful to a community and I fully understand my actions were not ok. using money exploits in a community where the world revolves around money is not a good thing my actions were wrong and I messed up.

I hope that I can get another chance to prove myself again on the server from the bottom of my heart I truly have changed I just need another chance to show it.

You said you've acted out of being angry, which caused you to go ahead and break this rule.
How can I trust that if I were to give you another chance here, you won't just get angry again and break more of the server rules due to your mindset?

To add, bans of this nature come with conditions, you have two characters being: Dave Lindle & Jeff Wizel.
One of these characters which you pick will receive a full wipe (Money, items, assets etc) but you may keep the character, the other character will be permanently deleted.

Do you accept these terms?

I can understand that trusting me would be very hard I completely get that and I don't think you will trust me for awhile but I can tell you I will be completely transparent with you in the future like I feel like I have done during this appeal.

I cant say I wont get angry again in the future because I think everyone has their moments but I can tell you I would defiantly handle it a lot better in the future resorting to cheating wasn't the right way of handling with the situation and I fully understand that now and from the bottom of my heart I can only apologise to the staff on the server for putting up with people like me and the community who have been affected by my actions.

I would like to fully delete Dave Lindle and just wipe Jeff Wizel

I am sorry for my actions and I hope that I can get forgiveness in the future

With your last ban being in 2021, it seems you had managed to get yourself back on track up until now so it is a shame to have seen your name pop up again.
As per the unban conditions, Jeff Wizel has received a full wipe and Dave Lindle has been permanently deleted. To add, any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent and lead you right back here which neither of us want to happen.

This has been a waste of our time and yours considering it was completely avoidable, given your clean(ish) record and the amount of time you've been a member of this community I am willing to give you another chance to play here and prove yourself to us.
Please do not think this decision was made lightly, and I hope this is not thrown right back into our faces.

I expect to see you bring some quality and interesting roleplay with you on your return!
