Why do you think you were banned: Since my previous appeal was declined due to me not waiting it out a month, I can see that I was banned to due an altercation I was involved in which ended in me leaving the server therefore it was against server rules.
Why should we unban you: I have since read upon the rules to familiarise myself with them again so I feel like I am more refreshed on everything. I did not realise me leaving the server after being killed would lead to a ban because I was not fully refreshed on the rules. And for this I apologise and can for certain say that it wont happen again, someone in the game had taken me to the sea and murdered me during RP, I felt like leaving the game at that point and didn't wait out the respawn timer (I was planning to do this the next day). I didn't realise this was against rules as I was alone and no longer in any contact with any other people that were in the RP situation. I now realise that even though I was dead and waiting to respawn this could still seem like I was avoiding RP to admins, I assure you that where I was left to die, there is no way for me to recover myself with for example help from a pedestrian, so I didn't exit the game with any bad intentions, my intentions were to join back the next day and wait out the timer so I could respawn in pillbox. I apologise for any mistakes I made and hope I can be forgiven, thank you for your time and patience. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Are you sure you were no longer in any contact with the players involved? You logged out exactly 34 seconds after going down.
Seems to me as if you've quit through anger, rather than waiting for someone to leave. I highly doubt they'd have gone far in 34 seconds.

Good afternoon, all is well, I hope all is well with you too! I was indeed in no contact with any players at that point as I was in the water where I was unreachable to anyone. I left with the sole intentions of joining the next day and waiting out my spawn time in pillbox, I felt like leaving at this point as I was tired and needed a break from my screen, I do admit I was slightly annoyed but I didn't leave the game solely for this reason. I was tired, also I was thrown into water where I was unreachable to any players, no one was around me and no one could reach me as they dropped me in water and then left instantly. I left the game once I was fully alone, I can see why this would come across as me quitting through anger but as I was dropped into the water while being downed, I was instanly unreachable to any of the players involved in the rp situation, that is why it seems I left so quick but those 30 seconds I was alone and they had already left. I hope I can be forgiven, I have no ill intentions and I really enjoy being apart of this community, I do assure you this won't happen again as I have since learnt from my mistake and read up on the rules again to be better acquainted with them again, thank you for your speedy reply I look forward to hearing back from you.

I was thrown into water where I was unreachable to any players, no one was around me and no one could reach me as they dropped me in water and then left instantly.

Did you not feel like waiting out the timer, perhaps the other players would come back to you and continue roleplaying in other methods?
Perhaps you could've alerted the NHS and been lucky enough that one of them turned up.

Also, had you read the server rules prior to this ban?

Thank you for your speedy response, there was no way that the players involved in the RP would return as they said they were teaching me a lesson and were going to leave me here, they threw me after their final words and then left. Even if I had an ambulance try help me, I was in water where I was unreachable to other players so I'm unsure how they would have saved me. It wasn't that I didn't want to wait for the timer to respawn, it was more about wanting to leave the game because I felt like I didn't want to be on for any longer at that point, I had to wake up early the next day and I was stressed/annoyed about things (personal life) and decided I'd re-join the next day to wait out the timer then, I hope this all makes sense and I hope you can understand where I am coming from. When I initially joined the server I did read the rules over but since I am still a little new to RP I haven't memorised them yet. I do assure you I am making an effort to go over the rules frequently so I do not forget anything and I can keep them fresh in my mind. I apologise for any inconvenience I caused and hope you can forgive me for any mistakes I made. Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing back from you.

- If you were placed in exactly the same roleplay scenario again, what would you do differently?

- If you need to disconnect due to something that's come up IRL whilst you're in the middle of a roleplay scenario, what steps would you take before disconnecting?

Hello, hope all is well, if i was placed in the same roleplay situation I would have waited out the respawn timer and then informed admin before leaving . If I HAD to disconnect, again I would inform admins of this in the chat/discord also, so that it is known what has happened. Hope this clears up any concerns, thank you for your response.

I recognise this is your first ban, although it doesn't make the rule break any better.
Based off of this appeal, I am going to give you a second chance on RPUK to prove you're actually here to provide high quality roleplay and are able to abide by the server rules.

Please, have a read over them more carefully before reconnecting to the server to ensure we do not end up back here.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be permanent as per the FBS.
