Reason given for your ban: Chat ban(vulgar language) C1.7

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for using vulgar language in my text messages to another player whom I was working with. The vulgar language could have come off as bullying or disrespect towards other players and was not tolerable. It was given as C1.7 which is lack of common sense.

Why should we unban you ?: I deeply regret using vulgar language and offensive remarks that may have caused discomfort or disrupted the gaming experience for others. I understand that such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the rules and guidelines set by the server. I want to express my sincere apologies to the server admins and all the players who were affected by my inappropriate language. I truly value the opportunity to be a part of this community, and I promise to uphold the standards and rules that have been established. I was unaware that my actions were so hurtful to the receiving person and I intend to think before I interact or respond on public communication in the server or on discord. Not only will I apologize to any affected persons but i will accepts any other form of punishment. I greatly enjoyed my time playing on the server and I wish to continue playing for the coming future.

Hello there @Munnas

Now, I assume you remember which word ended up getting you banned. I would like to know if you are aware of what this word means. What´s the origin? What does it mean to people these days? What damage can you cause with it? Please answer these questions in your own words, not a C&P from google.

To my best of my knowledge I am aware of what word I used and I understand fully why I was banned for it. The word I used is to label people based on their sexuality. It is an extremely derogatory term that can seriously offend someone or make them feel abused. In all honesty I have no clue where the word originated but I know it is a homophobic term used to label and prejudice people of different sexuality. Current society has far more sexual orientation and using a word such as that can violate their identity and make the feel unloved. It can ruin people's self-esteem and even break their character in RP. In Worst cases it can make victims feel far worse and even cause self-harm...

This was not to help me understand, it was to see if you are aware of the damage you can cause. 

Now, is this a word you use on a daily basis? Do you tend to use discriminatory words like this for a laugh and giggle? Why? Why would you resort to this kind of language in the first place if you know it is wrong?

 
I do not use it on a daily basis, nor do I use it to laugh and giggle, The rp that I was in was severely rage inducing as a player was not speaking and avoiding RP with me. I also am aware of the damage it could have caused, that is why I refrained from saying it and sent it to my colleague. I understand that what I said is wrong and my use of that word was a extreme fault of my own that is why I apologized. I never meant to hurt or belittle anyone as I thought it was a private text message to another player who I didn't know would have been affected. 

(I spoke to the person who I said it to and apologized for what I said in the text message)

I can get proof of my written apology.

Let´s move on to something else... What happened to your character "Barry Bottom"? You played him for less than 4 minutes, gave all your money away and never touched the character again. Why? Who did you give the money too?

 
In all honesty I used that money to rent a taxi as I initially wasted my starting money on a car as I didn't know I needed to pay to work as a taximan. No one else was involved in that I just used it to afford renting out taxis. 

 
So you used the money from your character "Barry Bottom" to do what?
