In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I'm not sure. I have spoken to a member of staff regarding the 2.4 ban reason and was told it refers to exploiting. Me and my friend were both banned while offline and the only thing we can think of is that we were told about a crate on the shore that gives you a free 50k. We went there but nothing happened. We didn't know this wasn't meant to be in the game if that is why we both have been banned.

Why should we unban you ?
If I have been banned for accessing that crate then I'm not sure it's fair - we didn't know that we weren't supposed to go there, especially because we were told it would give us free money from a guy at legion. If there is another reason why we have been banned then we would like to know.

You might want to check the actual rules page, Go to the rules page and then click GTA rules. 
Then tell me what rule 2.4 is. 
And explain me what could have happened leading up to your ban. 

 
Yes, I looked at that initially (Valuing life) but asked for clarification regarding my ban in the discord, where I was then told that my ban was for exploting. I haven't had any situations where my life was in danger - i've never killed, nor been killed (as far as I can recall anyway, definitely not in an altercation with another player) and I generally try and avoid conflict ingame. Below is a screenshot of the discord chat where I was told my ban was for exploiting, but, again I have no clue what exactly I did?

Edit: On the last play session before I was banned (Finishing approx. 2am GMT 22/07/2020) I was only doing resource runs with my friends - there were no instances of even interacting with other players in this session, nevermind anything where I could have broken the rule about valuing life. Upon attempting to play again at approx. 2pm GMT 22/07/2020 me and one of my friends were both banned for the 2.4 ban reason.

The appeal has been Timed out, We are unable to keep ban appeals open indefinitely, You may reopen a new appeal but don’t forget to give our rules a thorough read over again here.
