Why do you think you were banned: I was banned due to the fact when i was being chased by the police i logged off - combat logging.

I would like to first of say that i apologies for causing a issue. It was never my intention looking onto the server to cause issues. I understand my actions affected RP for all those involved and it could of ruined the experience for them. I have made multiple appeals in the past and thats because i have struggled to find a server where i have as much fun as i have here. In my past appeals there has been confusion to why i did what i did.

The reason i logged off was due to the fact it was my first police interaction i had ever had and was worried as i had just been given some D**gs by a kind member of the community who knew i was new to the whole economy thing. I just didn't want to get into trouble as i had just applied for the police and park ranger with this character and that was always my goal within the server. I knew if i had been arrested my application would of been denied and i wouldn't of been able to do the job i was reaching for. I under stand now that the decision i made was unfair on those around me. I know in past appeals i havnt been clear and i am sorry for that. I just didn't want to loose the chance at the police when looking back was a silly idea as i could of just applied again.

I hope you give me a second chance. I was asked to re-read the rules and i have now and for my last appeal i did as well. I am really wanting to be part of this community thats why i have placed so many appeals.

We seem to be having a difficult time with these appeals; 2 have been declined due to lack of effort, one has been declined due to you lying about not knowing you can make a second character considering you've already got 2..

Why are we attempting to lie our way through the appeal knowing that this is your only chance of returning?
To be honest, I'm leaning more towards declining your appeal considering you're still continuing to be disruptive and not tell us the truth.

I whole heartedly am trying to be honest with you. My ban was a long time ago so remembering everything isn't easy. I have looked back on my past appeals and see what you mean.

I am aware that i had a second character. When i was being chased by the police i was worried about my application i had put into joining the police and rangers. Im sorry if its coming across that i am lying that is not my intention. If i had been arrested for FTS and d**gs then i would of been back to square one with the police career. I will answer any questions you see fit because i do want to come back into the community.

I just had things on me that i did not want to loose and my application for the police and rangers were hanging on a string. I understand what i did was wrong and affected other players.

This post in your previous appeal suggests otherwise, no?
Surely you'd already know different and are more than aware you can have other characters?
 
I know that you can have other characters yes.

In my past appeal i lied to get out of trouble. I should not of lied in my past appeal.

I am aware you can have more that one character and i belive its 3? not 100% as its been a while.
 
Sorry that last message wasn't in enough detail that it should of been for a appeal.

Thinking back to it yes i was aware that could could have more than one character. I was aware of this so you could have multiple story lines one for police, gang etc. On my last appeal i did lie about not knowing because i was worried that i wasn't going to be win the appeal. I shouldn't of lied in my appeal and for that im sorry for wasting your time. In this appeal i am trying to be as honest with you as possible. I understand lying in a appeal get you no where and isn't acceptable.

Multiple responses on an appeal will get your appeal locked for bumping, we have the edit function for more information if needed.

Moving on; if you've continued to lie to us during your appeals which is your only chance of being allowed back into the server, why should I continue to entertain it any further?
Whilst considering giving you another chance you decided to straight up lie to our faces.
 
Hello i apologies for multiple responses that was only to expand on my answer.

I understand you have no reason to trust me as you have no reason to. I haven't been able to play in a long time and with the amount of other servers out there I wouldn't put my time into appealing if I didn't want to be apart of the community.

I realise lying isn't acceptable and i should not of done it in any of my appeals. I honestly don't know what to tell you apart from I'm sorry for my unacceptable behaviour. Having this opportunity would mean the world to me and you wont see me in this situation again.

What is your overall purpose here on RPUK, are you here for roleplaying purposes?
We're essentially looking for players who can embrace and enjoy any roleplay scenario, not players who will quit and spoil the fun for others if it's not going their way because they've not "won" in a sense.

I notice a repeat pattern here, of wanting to win in the game and also wanting to win the appeal.

My objective if to meet new people and have a overall fun experience. Of course i want to "win" but i wouldn't be appealing if i didn't want to join back.

I want to create a good story line and and build upon my character hopefully joining the police and creating a carer for my character that makes everyone's role play more fun. I know from my past that this community has some amazing people within and hopefully i get the opportunity to return the favour and help other players that are new to the server as well.

I have truley learned from my lesson and understand my actions affected other peoples role play experience and if that had happened to me i would of been annoyed to say the least.

If you were put into exactly the same scenario that got you banned again, how would you deal with this differently?

If i was to be in that same situation again i would just comply with the police officers. It would mean i am way less likely to get into trouble for a simple drug charge instead of running causing me to get even bigger charges. I would be completely honest and open with the officers and would not disconnect because i never want to be in this situation again where i affect my gameplay by being banned and ruining others experience. This way the role play would be more fun for all and if i did want to take part in illegal activity's i would create another character.


Or i would avoid the situation all together so their wasn't even a chance i would get into this situation again and stick to regular jobs where i cant be arrested etc.

If I were to give you a second chance on the server, the conditions would be that your inventory (190 Sativa Buds, 3 Phones, 5 Apples, 5 waters & 4500 Petrol) is wiped, do you agree to this?

This C2.3 ban is currently the only ban you have on your record altogether, I am hoping throughout this process you've familiarized yourself with the rules which will be used moving forward.
I will be giving you a second chance to prove yourself, please do not waste it ;).

As per the conditions, 'Peter Baden' has received an inventory wipe which includes the items listed above. Your cars will remain untouched.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent as per the FBS.
