Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I did not value my life and i also did not roleplay my injuries
Why should we unban you: Hello to who ever reads this appeal hope everyone is good,

I will get straight to the point. I was banned for G4.5 / G2.4 as we all know. To which i agree and understand that the roleplay i provided was a rulebreak and i regret my decision on doing so and i realise that it ruined certain individuals roleplay. That is why i have taken a week or so to type up my unban appeal cause i was reflecting on how the roleplay would of gone differently and how it could of been better for both sides. And I as a long standing member of the community should of known better and not made such a stupid error.

Also upon reflecting i realised that if i was in the situation of the individuals that were affected by my rulebreak that i would be annoyed and angry at the roleplay i provided because of how poor it was. I would like to apologize to the individuals that were affected by my rulebreak. I would also like to reiterate that this was just a silly error from myself and these actions wont happen again as i have learned from my mistakes.

I can also assure you that if i am put in this situation again that i will just put my hands up and roleplay with the people trying to roleplay with me. I will also roleplay my injuries out when i am put in a situation that is required to do so. I am also annoyed with myself that i let my roleplay standards drop to this level and end up me being on this page of the forums and I promise to bring my roleplay standards back to what they used to be and provide good roleplay for everyone in the community.

To be honest, I'm getting contradicting statements from you.
During the report being active, you had basically attempted to justify your actions in your previous response which does tell me you believed what you had done was correct.
In this appeal, you're stating that what you did was incorrect and it ruined roleplay, it can only really be one or the other?

Hi Danoo thanks for the response, yes I agree initially I thought what I did was alright and I was trying to justify what I did and I didn’t reflect on it properly but after taking the time to reflect upon it I realised what i did was wrong and it was a rule break and I caused shit roleplay for the other people present in that scenario and for that I can only apologise and promise that I have learnt from my mistake and it will not happen again if I am allowed back into the server.

What happened to your standard of RP? I would like you to be fully honest with this as I know how you can provide and have provided high quality roleplay, so what happened to your roleplay standard?

Hi Jessie all is well thanks for asking, Hope everything is alright with you.

I agree I'm disappointed to be here also. I will be perfectly honest i agree my standard of roleplay has dropped over the past few months and that is because I was getting bored of the same old stuff and repetitiveness of the roleplay i was doing because of this i stopped logging on the server as much as i use to but of recent times during the last month i could feel my enjoyment of the server coming back and i feel like i was providing a lot better roleplay even during the changaloa vs marabunta beef i was apart of other than this obvious lapse of judgement i had and if i am to be allowed back on the server i am going to be making sure that my roleplay standard stays high and make every situation enjoyable for everyone. To make sure that my roleplay stays this way if i feel like my standards and enjoyment are slipping again i am going to take a break and time away. I even was trying to explore different roleplay avenues by putting multiple different applications for legal factions to see if i would enjoy this but i was unsuccessful on doing so but i am still determined to try and get into one of these factions to try something new.

You've mentioned that you're doing the same old stuff, this would be because majority of your characters here seem to do the same thing. Gang related roleplay seems to be your thing across different characters so of course you'd end up eventually doing the same things over and over.

Could you explain how your were unsuccessful on exploring other roleplay avenues?

The main reason have I failed to do so is because playing being a crim is what I loved playing and enjoyed it the most out of anything so I just believe that everything will be more enjoyable when I’m doing that sort of roleplay but like I said recently I my applications got denied for various legal factions so it made it bit difficult to explore those avenues but I still am going to apply to one of these once again if I’m allowed back to the server. I suppose I could of also made a new character and done legal stuff without being in a legal faction but I believe that some things just come hand in hand and I believe that a lot of crim stuff gets dragged in along side of it no matter what happens so I guess that’s why I haven’t explored those avenues of roleplay.

This is now your 4th ban all together on top of 5 warnings you've received.
When I last spoke with you in game, I remember trying to have a conversation with you however you simply responded with "Just ban me" and you mentioned this was because you were fed up with the server because roleplay standards were dropping therefore you let your own standards drop too.

To be honest, I feel like a break away from here would do some good and it's a shame that it needs to be that way.
