In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: : so i logged on to FiveM on the 5th April in the morning, and i came on to grind taxing as i recently bought a sultan classic a few days before my ban, any ways i was working as a taxi driver to make money to upgrade it and i had a client in sandy at Rout 64 and my taxi needed a repair so i went into los santos repair on rout64, as i entered and i payed to repair my car whilst i was leaving, a truck spawned on top of my taxi breaking it. So i try push the truck out the way and i get stuck behind it i request a staff assistants help and 5 minutes later I'm sprinting at the wall for around 10 mins and eventually i teleport to the other side, im unaware if a staff member tp me as when i was there no one else was, so i assumed i phased through the wall as in normal gta5 this happens every now and then i attempt to get my taxi out by pulling the truck when i was in front of it and it blows me the taxi and the truck up so i was waiting dead for around 5 minutes so i left FiveM
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
Why should we unban you ?: I'm going to be completely honest here, the reason i left was because i was a bit mad that i died to a game bug, as i got blown up i just could not be asked to play and thought that leaving in a non-roleplay scenario did not mean much. However looking back i see what was wrong with leaving what i should of done was respawned and filed a compensation request as by leaving i saved inventory at the time i didn't realise about me saving inventory, as it did not cross my mind to be honest i did not have to much on me anyway, it was more the anger of dying to something like that that made me leave. i was on during a time the server is not very populated and did not think any paramedics where coming so after waiting around 5 mins i logged off and returned in the evening realising what I've done.
About my last appeal, i originally wrote it the day i got banned not realising their was a ban appeal cooldown of 1 month for C2.3 bans. So at the time i lied about why i left as for some stupid reason i thought i would get unbanned sooner. When i copy and pasted that a month later to be honest i didn't read over it i just added a few lines at the bottom and sent it as i wanted to play fivem and to be honest had a lot of work during this time so i was to lazy to rewrite the real reason i left. I also thought i would get away with lying so i did not really think, i was just digging my self deeper in a hole so i made the stupid decision to stick with the original story that was a blatant lie.
i do want to continue to play on Roleplay.co.uk as i have truly enjoyed myself on this server and made many new friends in the process and i do not want my actions to limit my time on roleplay.co.uk. It has been more than a month now and looking back i see what i should have done, after reading many community posts and following the staffs responds to other ban cases, I am truly sorry to anyone who's time i wasted, as i could have prevented this scenario but failed i can assure you nothing like this will ever happen again.
