In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: : so i logged on to FiveM on the 5th April in the morning, and i came on to grind taxing as i recently bought a sultan classic a few days before my ban, any wa,s i was working as a taxi driver to make money to upgrade it and i had a client in sandy at Rout 64 and my taxi needed a repair so i went into los santos repair on rout64, as i entered and i payed to repair my car whilst i was leaving, a truck spawned on top of my taxi breaking it. So i try push the truck out the way and i get stuck behind it i request a staff assistants help and 5 minutes later I'm sprinting at the wall for around 10 mins and eventually i teleport to the other side, im unaware if a staff member tp me as when i was there no one else was, so i assumed i phased through the wall as in normal gta5 this happens every now and then i attempt to get my taxi out by pulling the truck when i was in front of it and it blows me the taxi and the truck up so i was waiting dead for around 5 minutes so i left FiveM

Why should we unban you ?:  As it was a Monday and it was getting close to my Lecture start time, i left five to attend my lecture on time, due to external factors such as my time constraints mentioned before i was unable to continue with RP.
under normal circumstances i would stayed longer and waited for the nhs or another player to help but i simply lacked the time as i needed to get ready to leave my home and i thought my actions were justified due to there being no surrounding players involved. I thought my death does not effect roleplay i completely understand that i went against the guidelines and rules and am truly sorry i had to leave during a potential scenario, and understand why whoever banned me thought it was justified to ban me however i do want to continue to play on Roleplay.co.uk as i have truly enjoyed myself on this server and made many new friends in the process and i do not want my actions to limit my time on roleplay.co.uk. It has been a month know and looking back i see what i should have done, after reading many community posts and following the staffs responds to other ban cases, i believe i should of informed staff that i had to leave rather than ask for help and waste their time because i thought no-one was coming, I am truly sorry to anyone who's time i wasted, as i could have prevented this scenario but failed i can assure you nothing like this will ever happen again.

Please quote me the rule you broke and explain in your own words why you think it is in place. Furthermore, please write down the options you have to your disposal if you need to leave the server in future, while in a scenario/downed.

 
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).​



Hello thanks for responding to my appeal first of all, this rule is in place to ensure people do not leave mid scenario to gain an advantage in RP, if this rule was not in place people would just leave all the time to save their inventory by logging out, it would also allow people to leave scenarios if they are not getting their way, the rule is very important as without it people may be able to avoid staff situations or any situations. It is a very important rule as without it the session will just be a gta5 online lobby and will lack roleplay

If you need to leave the server you should attempt to contact a staff member and ask if you can leave you can also type on ooc to ask staff members if it ok to leave, you can also ask the people in the scenario if you can leave as long as it is done in ooc chat, you can also use the discord to inform someone that you have to leave  

 
If I can recall correctly It was around 1 PM, but I needed to take the bus which takes around an hour and a half, depending on traffic on the day as I live in London, to not get late I normally leave 1 hour and a half before my lecture, however I still needed to get dressed, so me being dumb I decided to leave without asking for any permission or contacting an ADMINS, as I didn't think anyone was comming, and I had to wait around another 10 mins before I could respwan

 
According to your explanation, you would have left the house at around 11:30 ish then, correct? How come that you only disconnected at 10 past 1? Also, the 5th of April was not a Monday, but a Tuesday...

It is very clear that you are, although admitting to what you did wrong, still making excuses as to why you did what you did. Until you can be completely honest with us, we will not consider letting you back in.
