In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I seriously was not expecting to see this when I logged on today. I genuinely have thought long and hard about to reasons for "expoloiting"??? The only 2 thing I can think of it potentially fishing from a balcony on the West coast, which I didn't realise or know was exploiting, not even sure if it is, or I may have possibly cancelled a handshake when selling drugs, but if I would've done this then I would stand there for the remainder of the time. Other than this I don't know of anything else that would warrant a ban. I have also recently just been told that my brother has been banned for the exact same reason (in the same household) and we both have absolutely no idea why.

Why should we unban you ?: 1. I try my absolute hardest to follow all of the rules so that circumstances like this do not occur, I respect all of the work the admins/devs put into this server, to make it the best it can be.
2. I have been playing on the server for over a month now and have recently started to deepen the roleplay, as I joined the Vigilante gang group with Marz 2 weeks ago and have been planning big, and fun things with them.
3. I have met many people in the server that I have got along with very well and will not be able to contact them any longer.
4. I have spent long hours on the server in the past months, grinding the game like madness and it would be incredibly depressing to lose it all, and I cannot imagine joining a different server to start all over again.
5. I am mature enough to be playing on your server, and you can tell that I am not a troll.

Yes, I do know what has happened here and what it makes it look like what happening, hopefully this can resolve everything.

1. Initially before I drove to my house I went to the shop to get some money out from an ATM, so that I could store it in my house for Import day of Vehicles, so I knew that I had it saved at all times.

2. I then went to my house to put it in my storage, wasn't paying attention to the time, and the money disappeared, when I put it in. I think the main point here is that I was moving it backwards and forwards carelessly not paying attention and I admit to this. 

I then obviously submitted a compensation request, thinking nothing of what had happened, but then obviously this led to my ban and my bros ban.

At first I did not know why but after speaking to the staff and my mates it was clear I was trying to exploit before the server restart, to which we believe was duplication.

I take full responsibility within my actions and I completely understand that I was in the wrong and have broken the c2.2 rules, and the ban was warranted. As this is my first ban I hope that I can be given another chance. This is the complete and honest truth, and I hope this can be resolved, so I can get back playing and join my gang.

I will never do anything like this again as I know that this is an exploit so I will make sure that I have everything stored and I have disconnected in plenty of time for the server restart.

I will now explain the c2.2 rule so that you know I completely understand about it as I have seen this in other appeals.

C2.2 -  Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations.

This ban is in place to make sure that People do not attempt to duplicate items or money when the time might be right (in this case a server restart), as this would give them an advantage over all of the other players. This rule is also in place to make sure that people do not pass things through walls. This is in place to make sure that if you are giving something to someone then you are doing it in a legitimate way, as you would in real life and not through a concrete wall. The last past of the ban talks about Bypassing intended animations, this includes stopping the handshake when selling drugs, as this would reduce to amount of time you need to stand there for and would give the police no chance of being able to catch you. This believe that this could also include ragdoll, to fit yourself through places that are not physically possible to gain an advantage out of it. Ultimately this rule is in place to make sure that everybody plays fairly and has no advantage over anyone else by abusing bugs.

I have learnt my lesson from this and will make sure that this will never happen again.

1. By moving the money for import day into your house storage are you not making it even more difficult for you on import day? as you would have to go to your house to get the cash when you could have just left it in the bank and paid for a car using the bank money? Seems a very stange thing to do because of imports.. are you being honest here?

You and your brother have both already been onto the teamspeak together have you not?

I am being completely honest I promise. I did it mainly because I wanted to make sure that I did not spend it and so I knew that I had it in my house at all time. Having not been on the server for a week now every time I think about it, it just sounds like a more stupid idea and I regret it now. It was just an idea I had at the time which I did not really think through which I should have done.

Yes we have been in the discord together and have confirmed that we are both brothers. I just didn't want to post a reply here as I didn't want it to be seen as bumping.

There were 101 logs of you moving money  from 19:51 right up until 19:59. I am without doubt that nobody carelessly does not realise that they are just putting money in and out of storage 101 times.

This is your final chance to come clean about your intentions here.

Look I understand where you are coming from, and I understand that my actions were wrong and I will happily admit to that now as I mentioned previously.

If I had any intention of trying to duplicate money at the server restart,(which I didn’t even know was a thing) then why would I start moving and tryna abuse it almost 10 minutes before the server actually restarted, it would just be wasting my own time. 
 

You have to believe me when I said I was talking to and was being distracted by my bro when this was all happening. 
 

I’ve tried to be completely honest with everything that I’ve been saying, but it almost feels like whatever I say is a lie in your eyes. If I was trying to dupe and abuse bugs like any troll would then I wouldn’t have stuck around for over a week trying to get myself unbanned and try to give you as much information as possible. I also wouldn’t try to get banned as I know this would affect my bro playing on the same server.

Also if I knew that I was trying to exploit anything such as duplication then why on earth would I submit a compensation request showing everything that I was doing...it makes no sense to.

Throughout this whole weeks appeal I’ve tried my absolute hardest to explain everything in as much detail as possible, and I’ve spent so much time thinking about it to include everything I possibly could.

All I ask is for one chance, I’ve never had even a warning on ur server in the previous months that I had been playing on it, surely this shows I’m not that type of person to turn up exploit, or ruin role play for others, I’m just a genuine guy tryna have some fun that’s all. If I had anything to admit to, I would.

I really really hope you can see where I am coming from.

One does not simply move 1 Milion in and out of his house 101 time from 10 min before restart all the way up to it. Quite honestly I think you heard from someone how to dupe, tried it yourself, started 10 minutes early to make sure you dont miss it, it went wrong and you lost a milion, then self incriminated yourself by opening a comp request to recover the 1 milion. Now Exploiting is a serious offense and just like Charles, I do not believe your story. Therefore you can re-appeal 6 months from your ban date and you can think about the consequences of your actions in the meantime.
