Why do you think you were banned: We spent a few days as a gang discussing after some help from Charles and Isak via a ticket that of which is much appreciated and we are thankful for the help as that help has in turn allowed us to identify our mishap, we widdled it down from the dates given and from the clips we have to the 30th where during a fight with ballas inside the casino 95% of clips you can hear the majority of the gang communicating via discord. We also in the time discussed ways of preventing this as pro-activeness is much better than promises very often we found ourselves in discord and trying to make sure we don't meta-game so hopefully with the new rules in place this worry will be no longer, the rule we've added into the gang discord will be shown below, You will probably also notice the proposal off a staff presences within the discord whom of which has access to the voice channels to further monitor how the rule is being enforced we understand we shouldn't have to be monitored to follow simple rules but the presence of staff just being there will hopefully further help in prevention we hope this is something that can be discussed between staff and leads of the gang. (This was typed out as a group during our calls and will be placed in the unban appeals of those appealing and will leave all members to "dispute" there involvement)
Why should we unban you: Hello staff, a hope all is well.
I'd like to begin with saying I take the full responsibility for the meta gaming rule break that was given to me and after taking a break for quite a while I've came to the conclusion that a feel like am ready to come back. I've realised now how meta gaming is completely unfair to any person it is put against and how it can impact an RP scenario. I can admit that most meta gaming was definitely influenced by sitting in calls while playing the game, thinking back to that it doesn't seem like me or anyone else that was given this ban was ready to properly play and really immerse ourselves in the RP that the city has to offer. I'd really like to continue being part of the RPUK community as I'd love to add something to the community as a chippieone we thought off buying the pizzeria that (if am not mistaken a other gang owned it) although we didn't get to that stage unfortunately, if I was to come back I'd try my best to contribute to the community as much as I can and actually learn to respect people as much as they respect me. now I'd like to reference back to an appeal I did when I got the ban. I wrote this appeal with no knowledge off how I got banned, when or where after taking time in a call we narrowed down the potential clips that could've included the rule break as stated in the paragraph above. When given this ban I took it in a negative way as when we asked for proof or evidence to back up the ban none was given which made me at the time think that it was a false ban. Having loads of time now realising when I broke the rule I've realised that the "false ban" thought was not true and I now completely understand where this ban is now coming from. Anything else I stated about the city and or about the RP was truly from Anger it self. I'd like to apologise for what was said and I can make sure that those words wont be said again about the server ever.
