Reason given for your ban: G3.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for G3.1 - which is metagaming. I believe this was for talking to others trying to get to hospital whilst incapacitated

Why should we unban you ?:I understand that the server only wants players who are committed to providing the best RP experience for them and others.  I am capable of good RP and I've been a complete idiot for acting in that I have as I know that it takes away from the true experience for both myself as well as other players.
As you can probably see I have invested a lot of time into the server in a short space of time as I really enjoy my time there and the community is awesome.  I will not break another rule again if I am allowed to come back

Help us understand the logic behind you breaking the rule as reading over your appeal thus far it to me looks like you are saying it's fine because I can offer RP and I play often, Whilst yes being able to RP and enjoying this is great it reads like this is your way to justify your actions here. 

What was the reason you we're breaking this rule?

Thanks for the response. It is not fine or acceptable to break the rules of the server no matter the situation. I broke the metagaming rule as I didn't want to lose my combat knife/outift which in retrospect was easy to replace.  Another reason is that I wanted to continuing playing and get on rather than wait for the death timer.  

The logic was obviously flawed. By breaking this rule I have selfishly taken away from mine and others players RP experience. I am sorry for how the appeal may read as I am not trying to justify my actions. If I am unbanned this will never happen again. It should not have happened at all and I apologise.

Well honesty is the best policy so admitting to why you did this indeed isn't a good thing however it's good to see you are owning what you did and the reasons behind this. 

Now in relation to the rules, Could you quote the rule you broke and in your own words explain why you believe we have such a rule in place?

Lets say we do give you another opportunity, How can we be sure this won't happen again? 

 
The Rule I broke was G3.1. To quote directly from the rules page, G3.1 is  "OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages." 

The reason this rule is in place is stop players from unfairly manipulating situations to their advantage. Ensuring all players communicate on one platform fairly ensures a level playing field and most importantly, it guarantees the continuation of great RP.

Metagaming/OOC information kills any potential RP.

If you give me another opportunity, I can guarantee it won't happen again. I took the server for granted. This ban has enabled me to reflect. The server is top notch and I will be much more respectful of its rules.

Very well, I'll offer you a chance to return however this does come with a cost. Since you broke this rule to try and save items it's only fair you lose said items, So the condition behind being able to return is your inventory will be wiped, Meaning everything on your person will be removed. Do you agree to this? 

 
If you insist. However, it wasn't an instant ban and I know this will affect me greatly so If there was another way I could come back without the inventory wipe I would hope to explore that possibility. If not, then yes, go ahead please. Thanks for the response 

 
Whilst yes the ban wasn't instant, You do have the same items on your person (Lesser amount in what you we're trying to save), So this itself would be the punishment for breaking this rule. I'm not talking about removing everything from you just things on your person i.e the drugs, weapons, food ect... I'll leave the choice to you if you agree to this however that's the condition I'm putting forth for you to return due to the seriousness of the rule you broke.

 
No problem, I've gone ahead and removed all the items in your inventory, Everything else is unaffected. It should go without saying to ensure you have read both the GTA and Community rules fully prior to rejoining the server so you are aware of them if you haven't done this already. I do hope that you don't return to this section of the forums moving forth.
